Good for a few days.

Lovely staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Handy gym and pool.

Breakfast choices limited if you are staying for a week. Outside area not particularly clean and tidy. Blinds didn't block out the light from windows. Toilet didn't always flush properly.

It was ok not terrible

I loved that everything was in walking distance. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

Lots of things weren’t working such as outlets, phone, and the glass sliding door was hard to open and close.

Ligging & grote kamer & prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Geen safe in de kamer. Ontbijt wat karig en af en toe geen fruit. Receptie had moeite om rekening te emailen. Werd naar Booking verwezen wat volgens mij niet correct is.

Comfortable and pleasant, loved the courtyard

Was decent. Maybe have a little less options but better quality of what you do serve

The hotel decorum is a bit tacky, not warm or pretty. When you remodel in November maybe get a better decorator

Location

Carpet in room was ripped. Breakfast was terrible. Fruit bowel was empty and was not refilled. No toast and was not replaced. Biscuits were hard.

Would definitely go back!

The breakfast, included with the price was one of the best we have ever had at a hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and modern.

Was a nice stay and would come again if in the area.

I like how spacious the facility was . Even if there was more people you wouldn’t feel crowded. I enjoyed how my room had a balcony.

I didn’t like how front desk staff in the evening when I called to see about milk wasn’t able to come up with something, besides there is the market next store. If I was in that position I would have got some; as you have it for breakfast and maybe charged for a juice. People normally don’t mind paying for connivence specifically later at night with two little kids. Would also be nice if you have those large kitchens in the room to provide a few plates, utensils and some cups.

No complaints. I have already stayed there twice and plan to make it my go to place in the area

Room was clean and quiet, bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. No complaints. The area is walkable with side walks going through hospital campus. I enjoyed the exercise

I also had trouble finding the place because your acknowledgement had the old, former street name!

Great breakfast. Location not perfect as it is off the main road a bit. Sign on the main road helps butbit could be larger.

Disappointing

If you are visiting Mary Washington Univ., it's a great place to stay. However, if you want to go downtown you have to drive or Uber.

We stayed over a weekend and the TV quit working Saturday afternoon. We didn't know there was a very loud party in one of the conference rooms and could hear people talking up to 2 am in the morning and we were on the top floor.

INEXCUSABLE. MANAGEMENT’S FAULT!

I have left messages with 2 different managers to contact me about the inexcusable breakfast facility but have not heard a peep from ANYONE! 8:30 a.m. 2 EMPTY coffee urns NO ice water NO plates NO bread NO eggs NO sausage NO hash browns NO bussed tables NO plastic ware Employees helping themselves to Starbucks behind the counter with no regard to the situation NO response from management really takes the prize I travel a lot & have NEVER seen anything like it ANYWHERE ELSE I HAVE EVER STAYED!! Let’s see if anyone responds now…DOUBTFUL
