Etc.
The hotel charged me $32 for parking in the parking lot Which I am disputing, but very aggravating also small detail received the bottle of water
Front desk staff had no authority to make any decisions just a body at the front desk
Bar close whenever they feel like it I feel like they lose revenue for that unsatisfied
3.0
View of marina in the back and right across from the beach and in walking distance to shops
Front desk staff was minimal and not the friendliest.

Die Lage war top. Zum Strand nur kurz über die Straße. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum hinteren Teil des Gebäudes. Das war die beste Wahl und sehr leise.
Alles war wie erwartet. wir kommen gerne wieder.

There was no breakfast which was disappointing. It is advertised as having it.
Not having a continental breakfast.

Location was everything for this trip. It was easy to get around. The hotel was good. Front staff was always helpful and nice. The room was a nice size although the bathroom could have been a little bigger.
I didn’t like that after checking in that breakfast was no longer available. I always had to ask for tea for the keurig machine, everyone don’t drink coffee. Lastly, after removing used towels and wash clothes they would replaced the towels but not the wash clothes.

The location and the staff was perfect.
3.0
The staff was kind and accommodating. It is a great location close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store.
They had a change in ownership and the free breakfast, fitness room, and roof top bar were all unavailable. We have stayed here for years and all of the perks that bring us back each and every year were no longer available. The complimentary beach bag and water bottles in your room when you arrive was also missed. There were only 5 chairs at the pool making it difficult to sit by the pool.

The staff was great . The hotel was recently sold and is immediately going from good to great.

It's the perfect spot and our door opened up to the pool a little pricey but well worth it and the beach is right across the street staff was wonderful and rooms were clean as could be...

location to the beach, restaurants and shopping
under renovations, old worn furniture, bathrooms, lobby, pool looked dirty, not a resort! It’s run down old hotel no amenities that were advertised when booking were available , bar closed, no breakfast. Marina view was ok but looked over an overflowing trash can and poop filled doggie bags that were never emptied during our stay. Hotel room was dark, cleaned daily but old.

Staff is excellent. Deborah is very kind and knowledgeable, Jules is eager to please and smart. New housekeeping staff and maintenance are hard workers and smiling.
Carpet was filthy. Breakfast discontinued. Kuerig had bugs in it, replaced. Mold and rust in bathroom. Pool and hot tub went cloudy, hot tub foamy. Pot smoking on adjacent balcony.

scenery
fitted bottom sheet worn out and kept coming undone all night. Handicap shower floor flooded the bathroom. Locked out of our room after our certified service dogs barked at the busiest hallway intersection in the hotel. Had to again prove our dogs were certified before new keys were issued

Staff and location.
Breakfast was very minimal.

Almost everything was wonderful.
The Tiki bar was only open one day, and this wS part of the reason for booking. Also new owners arrived on our 3rd day and it seemed to throw everything out of sync. There was obviously new folk taking things over. Lots of pounding and electric tools. Changes taking place immediately.

One bed did not have bed bugs. The other one did.
BED BUGS!!!!!
My daughter got all bit up by bed bugs and all they offered was a $16.95 “resort fee” refund for her for one day. I also killed a large cockroach in the bathroom. Seriously, DON’T STAY HERE.

Pet friendly! The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and the hotel is in great shape and very clean! They serve the best breakfast ever!

Good location. Cleaning lady was amazing. She keeps the hotel going while its falling apart.
Run down hotel with outdated rooms. Americans needs to stop making excuses and apologizing for everything thats wrong. Get stuff fixed! Broken AC, broken bathroom fixtures, leaking pipes, bad smell and so on....

Location. Rooftop bar.
Room had not been used or cleaned in a while. Microwave had plate of old food. Had to move rooms because previous room sliding glass doors stuck in open position and were off track. Bathroom fixtures were old and towel rack kept falling off the wall. Lamp shade was bent and room was very dim. Only 2 lights.
4.5
Pet friendly with a $100. Non refundable deposit. We had a room on the first floor that faced the bay. Patio with table and 2 chairs with grass where our dog could sniff for hours.

Location, Quiet atmosphere, Roof top bar, Balcony , staff accommodation when needed .
Elevator smelled like oil, so did our sheets.
4.0
Location, easy access to beach, great breakfast, amenities, pool area nice and clean
Room did feel damp at times. Carpet could be replaced with plank flooring in room.

Terrible musty smell in the room.
Mold by the slider and drapes.
Couldn't put clothes in the dresser - too moldy smelling.
