Good rooms, nice staff, lousy breakfast.

The rooms were fine.

The breakfast was truly mediocre, plastic-packaged pre-digested kiddie stuff not suitable for adult consumption.

Beware of the smoke

The location was very convenient and the room was a very good size. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was an added bonus.

The hotel was older and in need of renovations. The carpets were definitely vaccuumed but very dirty. The stains and smells were impossible to overlook. I arrived at the hotel at 2:50 for a 3:00 check-in. I was told my room would not be ready for at least 45 min. When I entered the room, the window was wide open, and the air conditioner was set on 65°. The smell of smoke was overwhelming! This was definitely a failed attempt to mask the smell. Leaving the window open, the AC fan on and using Fabreze every time we entered did little to lessen the smell of old smoke. We arrived home with a suitcase full of clothes smelling of smoke. Being a non-smoker, this was a very unsatisfactory stay.

It was ok with a few surprises that were disappointing but otherwise acceptable.

Centered around my needs I.E. food, fuel and access to highways.

Noises from floor above at night, there was food crumbs on the desk base of the chair back support, what looked like mold in various places in the toilet/shower room and what looked like poop on the bottom of the toilet seat.

Very pleasant stay

The room was clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location to Folsom field was great, only a 15-20 min. drive

Poor

The shower curtain was barely on, the grab bar by the toilet was coming out of the wall, could easily hear through the walls, the noise from above was awful, the sausage gravy was cold. We asked for a quiet room 🤨 Ha!

It was OK

The bed was comfortable.

The remote on the TV did not work. Reported it the first day and nothing happened. Also one of the arms on the chair did not have a pad. Also reported it. And there was no real sugar anywhere in the breakfast area.

The privacy and cleanliness. Attention to detail regarding booking

I didn't like the bathroom. It was clean and they can't control what the bathroom setup is. I just didn't care for it lol

They location was perfect since it was near my work. I liked the biscuits and gravy and the waffles.

No pool. No cats allowed. No elevator.

Great location, good value, but needs maintenance and updating.

HVAC unit in room excessively noisy. Bathroom vent non-functional.

Everywhere was visibly dirty. Debris on every carpet. Mirror hadn’t been cleaned. What appeared to be black mold on sheets. Didn’t have a blanket in the room, just sheets and that weird polyester cover. Didn’t have a spoon available due to ‘supply chain issues’. everywhere smelled like cigarettes.

Location, friendly and efficient reception.

Worn out damaged furniture in room, breakfast with fake bacon and an empty fridge, empty dirty slow cooker without insert on breakfast bar. The main light in the room was not working, and the handsink did not drain

Quality Inn is loosing its appeal

There is nothing we like. Staff did not inform us that house keeping is every 3 days. The location is good, close to freeway yet quiet. We will not be returning, especially knowing of all the other nice hotels in the area.

It was the lowest price in the area, but we should pay a little more for a better sleep. Toilet is loose and room is dirty. The breakfast was the standard school cafeteria food with salty powdered eggs, the cheapest types of sausage and warehouse pastry. Coffee tasted stale and bitter.

Tatty hotel but may save you $20

Breakfast was not bad, location decent. Least expensive all all the hotels in the neighborhood

Disasterous front desk. A total mess behind including the kids' (employees') toys. Tatty carpet, furniture and bedding. No elevator.
