Couldn’t get the jets to work on tub and wouldn’t hold water

Most comfortable mattress ever!

Price in remote area. I’m going to stay next week in a hotel for $40 more in the city next to theaters and fine dining and a 4.5 star hotel suite with 2 rooms, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. I think the price in this remote area a bit industrial with only fast food nearby doesn’t feel right. Felt a bit like price gouging. I could have stayed in a hotel in Hawaii for this price. Just being honest. My room was termed a “suite” but was like any other “room.”

Room arrangement, pool was open 24/7. Breakfast was hearty
Pool had long black hairs in the water and other bits floating. Eggs were horrible, shampoo was little bitty bottle for 3 people for 2 nights. No towel replacement during our 2 night stay. No phone jacks anywhere. Nothing in the kitchenette like plates, silverware, etc. Hang the tv on the wall in the bedroom to give more counter space.

A nice property, close to a freeway exit and easy to find. Ontario is a slow paced town, which I enjoy. The room was spacious and overall comfortable. Boise is getting quite busy and expensive, and Ontario is an option to consider for people on a road trip.
The mattress was a little soft. Pillows on the other hand were too thick and firm. Lighting in the room is quite dim. We traveled with our dogs, and our pet-friendly room was fully carpeted. Would prefer pet rooms to have tile or linoleum.

We like the location, the full breakfast and the general cleanliness and convenience of Best Western hotels. We had stayed at this same hotel last week and decided to stay again on our way back from visiting family.
It was a cold, frosty night and we did not realize that the room AC was on. My husband tried to increase the room temperature by increasing the temperature slightly but did not notice it was on Cool instead of Heat. To make matters worse, the bedding was very light with a thin bedspread, a thin thermal blanket and the sheet. We were very cold and uncomfortable all night. It was not all your fault but it seemed strange to us that the room AC would be on in early November.

Room was dated. Bathroom dated. Light above mirror didnt work, mold painted over and was small. Couch had a huge stain on the cushion. For $220 a night, it was disappointing.

The complimentary breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
The room was too expensive for how outdated everything was in the room. I did like the jacuzzi bathtub though. The morning we were checking out a cleaning staff walked in when I was getting out of the shower…

This is a old Hotel....

The breakfast meets Best Western standards, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very nice to enjoy on such a hot day.
The internet was a bit slow in the evening, and the room coffee was better than the weak coffee from the machine. This is also a common feature at other BW hotels. They can learn something from McDonalds.
