We wouldn’t revisit this property.

The staff was nice and location convenient.

The hotel building wasn’t in very good shape. Floors (2nd floor Room 218) were uneven and felt buckled underneath the carpet. Questioned whether they were safe.

Great family vacation and nice hotel to swim and great location

Pool was nice and we had a room right next to the pool. Breakfast was pretty good too

Will not stay there again

Location

Rooms had a really bad weird smell, carpets were disgusting, blood on one of the floors and big holes, tv didn’t work and they never came to fix it.

Ontario Disaster

Nothing, it was an old bldg, no grounds or place to sit outside. The TV didn't work and the manager spent a lot of time in our room trying to fix it & I was stuck in the bathroom in my PJs.

Old musty bldg. Small room for king bed, short toilet, noisy. TV didn't work and manager couldn't fix it or offer us another room because we booked thru 3rd party.

It served our purposes but has no place to walk a dog except for fake grass.

It is near the interstate. It is pet friendly.

We had to ask to change rooms because the one they put us in smelled like an old smoking room. I could not stand it. Seems that the staff should be aware of this. It is a non smoking facility and it wasn't just from one cigarette sneaked at night. There are two hotels together at the check in desk, the Quality Inn and a Rodeway.

Breakfast was wonderful. It was a full breakfast, hot breakfast. The rooms were fine.

It was 10 minutes away from where i was visiting.

The water was slimy too much water softener, it was expensive for 2 days. 250.. and they wouldnt work woth me on a little later check out time even tho i didnt get there until 3 almost 4 am the next day of my booking..

rooms were quiet, but the wifi was slow and dropped a couple of times, and the pool was cold

Comfortable and clean place to stay!

The room was roomy with two beds. There is a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee maker in the room. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The sheets were so soft and the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy.

Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast so don't have any info on that.

Good clean hotel

Location was good, close to a lot of stores, beds were very comfy and room was clean, breakfast choices were good too, very nice place, the only reason I gave it a 8 was the noise level late at night and we got the room right next to exit door, the door would slam really loud every time someone came in or out, also people standing outside our window smoking and talking, other than that it’s a good place to stay.

Maybe add more stuff to the rooms .

Good

Breakfast was good! A great variety of breakfast foods. The bed was really comfortable.

We stayed for 3 days and nobody came in to clean our room. I had to go to the front counter and ask for garbage bags to empty our garbage. They told me if you stay for more then 3 days then someone will come in and clean your room. That is really sad.

they wouldn’t come and clean room we were there for 3 days and the front desk clerk said if we wanted clean towels we needed to come get them and that we needed to take out our own trash and that we could also come to the front desk to get new garbage bags. if I wanted to be a maid on this trip I would have stayed home and wouldn’t have spent my good hard earned cash to stay here and do my own stuff. come on!!!

Very good

The hotel was very nice,a little old but clean. The beds were comfy.

After we checked out I noticed that my card was charged more that my receipt said. This makes me very upset 😡

Great location. Clean. It was a good stay and a good price.

Just went at the wrong time. Kids running up and down the hardwood floors late in the night and early in the morning.

The location 😀

The fact that they expect locals to have a $250 cash deposit for anyone within 100 miles of address on your license. Being homeless makes you even more of a local they do not want to deal with.

Was able to get a room close to parking lot. Room was clean, and all the staff was very helpful.
