All was good. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was efficient.

Great location, great staff, great hotel

The hotel was wonderful. It was easy to park, too. The parking ended up being free. It was easy to get to the Riverwalk and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms on the 12th floor all adjoined. I asked for adjoining rooms and the lady at the desk said they didn't. But, when we arrived they adjoined.

Everything was great. I wouldn't change anything.

The air did not circulate through the room so it was hot and humid. There was no indoor pool. Breakfast not very kid friendly. Wish tacos would have been included in breakfast. Allow carts for those who did not do valet parking.

It was a amazing experience ! Loved how the tower and river walk are so close by .

The amazing view of the city ! Comfortable beds !!

The ac wasn’t blowing enough cool air ! & bathroom didn’t have cold water , and Central air in the restroom don’t work !! hope that gets taken care off

The Grand Hyatt is definitely GRAND!!

Awesome location above the River Walk!! Close to many restaurants, the Alamo and other historic sites -- all in walking distance. The staff were customer-centered and the facilities clean.

The internet connection was choppy within the hotel and the adjacent convention center.

Room service…isn’t no longer room service … bringing food in plastic containers is not acceptable…. especially when you’re still spending top dollar for basic food.

Great location!

Great location with easy to walk to many attractions, dining options and shopping. Nice hotel with all the amenities needed. They also have an excellent virtual Topgolf set up and the gym is very well equipped.

They often have conventions and conferences at this hotel and this leads to long queues to access the elevator in order to get to your room. We were waiting over 20mins one evening to get back to our room as a group had just finished their sessions for the day.

Attack of the cheerleaders

Second stay at this hotel. We go to a cheerleaders' competition. A family of four got two rooms. The staff in the lobby was super friendly and helpful. Parking was worth every penny. Once in our rooms, the rooms were excellent, and the beds were great. The bathroom walls were dirty. The breakfast staff was wonderful. 5th floor was extra great in the mornings to have your coffee

The walls were dirty in the bathrooms, but everything else was clean. We got two rooms.

Could have been a better stay..

Location is great as it was a 10min drive from the Alamo to the hotel and right on the riverwalk!

No complimentary breakfast and the perk area had gnats all over the food and cookies. The bed sheets looked dirty though turned out to be poor bedding. You could hear the train at night.

Basically no wait for an elevator even with so many people staying in the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was so friendly!

Think twice

Breakfast was good an server/housekeeping very friendly and helpful not so much the front desk. Room was very hot unable to adjust ac any lower than 66! Tossed and turned all night. Pool was very small too and not much seating. Paid $15 for 2 sodas I 6oz bag of chips and a 7oz bag of gummy bears! Lower the prices we're all feeling the gouged prices!
