I’m glad it was only one night

That it was close to the beach.

We did not have a lot of hot water. They said we had to let the water run for 20 minutes to wait for it to get hot. There were no wash clothes. The hair dryer shut off on me and I went to unplug it and the cord was really hot. The curtains in the room with two beds did not close all the way.

You get what you paid for

Waffle House and other restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel is very old. Mildew on Bathroom ceiling and rust. Carpet nasty and dirty throughout property. I refused to use shower. Took a birdbath. Thank God I was only staying one night.

I can’t believe this place is in operation.

Location was good

The bathroom shower didn’t work and did not have hot water. We were told we could have bottled water but then none was available. The bathroom had dead cockroaches, no towel bars (obviously torn from walls), the bedroom headboard almost fell off from the wall, one of the side table lamps was covered in rust, the lobby reeked of marijuana, all linens were scratchy and old, carpet and drapes look very old and nasty, the room had a mildew smell.

Perfect for my needs

It was a great hotel for us. Great location to many restaurants and shops, and about a block or two from a beautiful beach. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. The room is a little dated, but I knew this from the pictures and reviews. The room was very spacious and clean.

No pool or laundry on site, but they have a sister hotel a block away that you can use for free.

The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for places to eat in the area. This was the biggest plus for the stay.

The size of the suite was great, but the carpet was filthy in the room. I would not walk in the room without shoes. The furniture was old and uncomfortable as was the bed. The hotel was run down and older, not bright and updated like the pictures on the website. The neighborhood behind the hotel was transient and one has to walk through there to get to the ocean. The hotel was close to the ocean but not right on it as depicted on the website...that was misleading.

Great place to spend a quick night but not any extended stay.

We stayed in a family suite, 3 beds in two rooms. There was not a single chair to sit on. When I asked at the front desk why there are no chairs I was told because we had so many beds. There was plenty of room to have at least one chair in the main bedroom.

All in all it was a great value for the money and the location to everything was superb.

View and beds and air conditioning and location. The rate I got was EXCEPTIONAL!

Dated bathroom, curtains didn't cover windows completely, shower curtain rod was coming loose from wall and could have fallen. It also caused the shower curtain to not close on both ends. The fact you had to go through 1 bedroom to get to the bathroom was a bit weird. Hall carpet was filthy. The sister hotel's pool was really small and uninviting. It would have made it more comfy if there were a few chairs in the room to sit on besides the beds.

Hotel in dire straits.

The location close to beach and central to other places of interest. Staff was always very nice.

It is being let go to hell. Carpets stained all over; holes in the walls; old furniture, old and barely maintained everything.

Ok motel and good location.

Location was excellent. Close to beach. Close to restaurants in walking distance.

No housekeeping came and cleaned our room or restocked towels and condiments. Had to ask the front desk for towels, coffee, and garbage bags. Pool was 2 blocks away at their sister motel.

Our shower didn't work, we didn't have hot water in our room. The cleanliness of the hotel itself was poor. And it had a bad bug spray odor in the halls and elevator.
