Family fun1

Loved the cabins could be with a large family..there were 24 of us. loved the fire pits and the playground so close for the kiddos. Picnic tables were we could all eat together.

A little outdated furniture in units. But still great for kids and family.

The pool was nice and relaxing, not alot of people, close in proximity to the saco river tubing

There was to many.flys in my room! It seemed I killed the two which I thought were the only two and then 5-10 more would appear. The pillows were awful! It smelled like something other than a motel. Just can't put my finger on it

Exceptional

Everything about this place was relaxing and accommodating! The service was extremely friendly and helpful, cottages were very clean, the outside pool was really nice and this was the best price$$ anywhere for a holiday weekend in North Conway!! 😊

When I made the reservation for a 2 bedroom "cottage" I was under the impression that it was traditionally not adjacent to any other rental. There weren't enough photos online of everything to distinguish they weren't. When we arrived we were extremely worried about privacy because of our dogs and such! The cottages ended up being acceptional and better than we could ask for! Please add more photos online! Thank you 😊

The suite was nice.

A staff member. Possibly the owner. We checked out around 10. Came back around 12 and asked if we can stay and use the pool. It was 90 degrees. I had my 7 year old granddaughter with me. The guy looked at us and said no um you can’t. You already checked out. Not one person was in the pool area. He was very dry and not friendly. I paid $300.00 for the night.For a room that was not worth it. The room itself was not worth $300. I would not recommend this place.

The Saco River Motor Lodge is a comfortable, clean motel in a great location with a very nice staff.

Cozy little room with a comfortable bed and plenty of tv channels to occupy me on a snowy day.

Honestly, it was all quite nice. Maybe a channel guide?

Next time I’ll spend the money and stay at a better place

Half the price of all other lodging in the area. Fridge and microwave in room. About 15 minutes from North Conway attractions.

Very dated, lack of amenities, worst Wi-Fi you can imagine, no water pressure in shower, bathroom fan incredibly loud, room keys stopped working after day 1, mattresses feel like they’re 30+ years old and very bouncy.

I booked through what I thought was their sight, as it turns out it was a booking sight from a third party. We came down with COVID three days prior to travel and I tried to call and cancel or to receive a credit for another night in the near future. Saco river motor lodge would not help (it is their room) and told me to call booking.com who in turn told me to call the motor lodge. I did this several times doing this as each time I was referred to another party. The short of it was I was trying to do the right thing with COVID, gave plenty of warning and just needed a break. No one wanted to make a pragmatic decision, common sense is not so common I guess.

The fact common sense is not common, would not give me a fair break, I know rooms are a commodity but I was following NH, COVID guideline and was penalized

Location, pool, staff. The price is so inexpensive and it's clear they really do clean it well. The owner is so nice and accommodating.

The rooms are super dated but makes sense for the price. The pillows were not great, the WiFi didn't work, and there was some extension cords/extenders plugging the TV in

The kids loved the pool and the playground.

The beds were full of broken springs and so uncomfortable that we couldnt sleep, the place was dirty, the fridge didn't keep cold or frozen so all my stuff in the freezer defrosted and melted. Just overall wasn't a good experience.

I have stayed there 4 times now and every time I get absolutely no hot water on checkout morning....I would like a hot shower before the long drive home

Great location, comfy stay, we’ll be back for sure!

We stayed in the little cottages out back. It was very comfortable. The beds were very comfy. Loved the set up and spaciousness of the rooms. Loved the location. The evening staff was WONDERFUL!! Would go back again.

A little run down. Could use some paint and new furniture.
