All good
The food
Better choices in the bar
And dinners are to rich for me
Need a few traditional meals with out it being so heavy

I ate breakfast three times during my stay. My favorite breakfast was the loaded bagels; the eggs were good.not a huge fan of the breakfast potatoes in my opinion they were too chunky and could have been crispier and warmer; having said that the service was spot on
The room should have either an alarm clock or a a wake up call service

Breakfast was good, the bar was lovely though food choices were limited. Bed was very comfortable and the pantry cookies nightly were delicious.
Room was very small, cozy is an understatement. There were stairs into the bathroom which were awkward in the middle of the night when trying not to wake your partner by turning on the lights.

Rooms were very spacious
Our private hot tub had sand and felt slimy

It was great having a private hot tub. Beautiful room, comfy bed, and stocked free pantry.
Nothing

The hut tub with TV and dim lighting was EVERYTHING! Pantry items were a nice treat as well.

Loved our 3 night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Large comfortable room with pantry/fridge just steps away which was a lovely touch. Lounge and bar areas were very nice also . Staff were so courteous and the breakfast was fantastic. All set in a lovely little town which was a great base for seeing the area. By far the the best hotel of our 14 night trip.
Nothing it was all great.

Admittedly it beginning of their summer season hotek being very quiet, barman chose to close bar by 9pm despite we noticed several guests still arriving only to find no facilities open for a beer and some food.

The room was well set out. The bed was wonderful! The fireplace and balcony ho tub were amazing! Oh, and the food ... outstanding! The staff were so accomodating, friendly and cheerful! Truly enjoyed my stay.
The noise from the constrution crew at 6:50am directly beneth my room.

Because of construction in the hotel rooms we were upgraded to a suite. Huge room, comfortable bed. There was a pantry outside our room with coffee and home made ice cream! Breakfast and dinner were delicous with attentive servers at all meals. Bar and lounge were recently renovated to have a very cool, cozy ski lodge feel.
Nothing!

the room was smaller then expected

Room and the food.
I didn't like check out and final billing. It was completely screwed up and I was overcharged. Spent weeks trying to fix the charges. Even reached out to GM who never returned my call. My Rez said resort fee was included, written on my confirmation, but yet I was charged for it along with resort fee tax. Also meals were included and then you charge additional taxes on already overpriced meal plan. Unbelievable!! I will never stay at this property again. It was supposed to be a romantic getaway that left a very sour taste.

Breakfast was very nice. Food was delicious.
Being that Christmas is a week away; Fireplace was not lit until after 5. Though there were Christmas trees all around, none of them had lights. Extra effort goes a long way.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay and the staff overall and will definitely return!
It was extremely hot on the third floor and the air was turned off. They gave us a fan that helped and provided a discount when we checked out.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely little town.Room was very comfortable and bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
We were in a room in the annex which had a small area serving as a communal larder with a fridge full of milk, yogurts etc.
A lovely touch.
Dinner and breakfast were very good.
Couldn't fault anything.
