Great Location, beautiful beach, boardwalk is really nice, Staff is great at hotel. Good price.

Location was great for the beach and the boardwalk. Many restaurants to choose from if it's not raining, if it's a Sunday night however and it rains much of the boardwalk shuts down including the restaurants, but there is 1 or 2 open you just have to walk to find them. Boardwalk goes for 2.2 miles. You can also store your luggage at hotel until check in time.

On booking.com it says they have an airport shuttle they do not. It would be nice in the shower if there was some kind of shelve or one of those racks that hang over the shower head to put your shampoo/shower gel, razor etc. on. Breakfast is very continental, fruit, orange tang, cereal, bagels, and hard boil eggs. I don't know where people would sit if it was raining or how that works because the room you get breakfast in is very small and you eat in an open courtyard.

Ten hotel to pomyłka. Brudny śmierdzący pokój z hałasującym klimatyzatorem umieszczonym na parapecie okiennym, W łazience wszędzie grzyb i brud, Poza lodówką nie działało nic poza . Po podłodze biegały robaki tzw, prusaki !! Brak szafek nocnych, Brak wymiany ręczników przez cały pobyt,Ten hotel powinien być zamknięty natychmiast !! This hotel is a mistake. Dirty, smelly room with a noisy air conditioner placed on the window sill, mold and dirt everywhere in the bathroom, nothing worked except the fridge. There were so-called worms running on the floor!! No bedside tables, No towel replacement throughout the stay, This hotel should be closed immediately!! Please don't pretend and don't apologize. Please stop cheating hotel guests. I hope this hotel of yours will be closed permanently.

Totally awesome.

To begin the price was a great, the front desk Staff were very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed. The room was very clean and breakfast was Fresh and delicious.

Nickel and dime you to death, but you're at the beach

Location location location. It was the sole savior of the hotel.

The staff, while very friendly, enforce a ridiculous fee schedule where you are overcharged for EVERYTHING... Every last Nickel and dime will be used to nickle and dime you TO DEATH

False advertisement, and Booking is part of it. We paid for but did not have an oceanfront room because "they were booked." Customers in the lobby with the same issue. Seems to be the same thing over and over with this company and yet they continue to be allowed to do this to people.

Horrible experince would ask for a refund

Location

It was horrible costumer service. It took 2 hours to check in. Everytime needed something the reception was packed with upset guests and staff just not capable to provide costumer service. The worse was that they took my luggage out of my room and they said did not have an idea of what happen to my luggage. I had to call the police and even then they said they did not had my luggage. But at the end they had my luggage on storage... this caused hours of anxiety for me as my documents were missed

They have a coffee machine but no coffee. The staff in the office very nice but they’re always busy on the phone and it takes for ever to get to them

Rude service, no hot water in the room, hidden fees.

It was easy to book through this website, though the hidden fees from the hotel were a bit disappointing.

The room wasn’t very clean, and there room had no hot water. So after driving all day we couldn’t take a shower. When we told the front desk in the morning, they said there was nothing they could do and refused to grant us a partial refund. The customer service was poor, the person at the front desk was dismissive and rude. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

worst experience ever , being in hospitality which I mentioned . no one cares . no phone in the room to even ask for hel

worst service i ever had . had one of booking agents on the phone trying to call them to help which they hung up on her face telling me there very busy which it was raining i told them multiple times I have a child with me but they did not care . after I booked they said a hour wait which turned into 3 hours . no Wi-Fi after stated there was , parking had to pay $20 , room had mold and tv displayed out of place where my daughter knocked her head on it since it was half way in the hall way . missing towels . just the worst experience I have ever had . working at the ritz Carlton prior and in hospitality over 15 years I will NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN . I regret even considering it . being it mys daughter birthday I kept stressing that which they did not care at all for accommodation. worst staff at the shift ever . if it wasn’t for a extra team member that started her shift and right away helped me out somewhat in a sense of staying calm and actually taking the time to listen and understand and try to do her best. I’m ready to call my attorney for this abuse me and my child went through

STAY AWAY, GHETTO!

The only redeeming quality about this property is the location.

My stay here was horrible. I have stayed in cheap hotels before, but nothing ever this bad. We had to switch rooms twice because appliances were malfunctioning. All three of the rooms were not clean, walls were stained with dirt and who knows what else, and smelled musty like mildew. A maggot came up out of the drain in the shower. Each time we went to the front desk, it took forever because there was a line of at least 6-10 other customers with issues, too. Two people running a front desk that operates dozens of mini hotels is how they way to operate and it’s very inefficient, taking time away from my vacation. But they don’t care. they just want your money. STAY AWAY. Never again.
