Overall we were pleased with our stay.

This location was a quick short walk to the beach, broadwalk & restaurants. The room was clean but outdated, air conditioning was not real cool but it was a pretty hot day. Nice that it did have chairs, umbrella and towels for the beach.

Could use some ice cube trays, would have like a pool.

Perfekt wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche stellt und ein Auge hier und da zudrückt. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis gerechtfer

Für meine Zwecke war es ideal. Morgens Beach, Abends Beach und gut schlafen. Das Bett war super bequem. Die Klimaanlage war sehr effektiv die Austattung gut. Die Einrichtung ausreichend. Es ist für das Geld nichts besonderes und typisch für diese Lage und Preiskategorie. Beachstühle, Schirm und Handtücher vorhanden. Parkplatz war immer vorhanden, sogar am Memorial Day.

Das Gebäude ins Alter gekommen. Instandshaltung würde ich als minimalistisch beschreiben. Es ist sehr hellhörig aber die Nachbarn waren Nachts alle sehr ruhig.

Ideal para hacer playa

Definitivamente la ubicación. A 20 metros de la playa te permite hacer playa por la mañana y shopping por las tardes y la atención de Nicolas

Tiene problemas con el parqueo, no hay suficiente lugar para todas las unidades y los fines de semana cuando vuelves y quieres aparcar te das cuenta que no tienes dónde. A pesar de haber expresado mi necesidad de un parqueo junto con la reserva y al momento de llegar, tuve que pagar una multa al dejarlo en la calle.

Awesome place!

You cannot beat the location! We were in unit 10 with a view of the beach.

The only complaint I have is that the toilet had issues.

Comfortable and relaxing stay.

Loved the location. Quiet and very close to the beach. The free laundry facility was a bonus. Great communication with the host. Will stay again.

Missed a good broom for sweeping the floor, was only a dustpan&brush available. Teatowels and a surface cleaning spray would also be good to have.

Absolutely a great stay at Southwinds Inn!

This location is steps from the beach. The property and the room were clean and had what we needed to stay a week. We had groceries delivered and it worked out so well. We used the gas grill and had no issues. There is a laundry room at no cost, which was really nice as we do quite a bit of laundry. Check-in was super easy with a keypad for entry. There are patio tables and chairs available that I used to work from some days and others just to sip on a glass of wine and enjoy the swaying of the palm trees. We will absolutely be back at Southwinds Inn!

The staff was awesome anything that I needed they accommodate the location could have been any better, access to the beach. I can't wait to stay you guys again see you next year

The owner and personell were very friendly and avaiable thru the morning. The area is quiet. the other guests were nice to meet. Beach chairs and a kitchen made it convenient,

Well the new owners are working hard to get the place in better shape. bathroom window does not open and blinds are old/ broken. For the price i think all was ok anyways. The kitchen needs a few basics like coffee, salt sugar etc.. The area is 10 percent half crazy people and restuarnts are expensive. It's 1 hour walk to the nearest store - Walmart. Nice that we had a kitchen
