Basic stay

Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff Rooms are clean.

A/C IN some rooms is old units, not work well. Breakfast is very basic, not appealing at all.

Staff was ok, the owner who told me he could give me some kind of discount if I would be coming more because of my job.

My carpet was not vacuumed at all, and the room was never refreshed with towels or bed even made during the entire stay. The sink was stopped up anytime I used it.

The location was good. It wasn't super dirty but wasn't the cleanest either. It was a good place to get in out of the snow.

The pool and hottub were closed down and this information was not relayed when booking. I feel compensation should be given. I and other guest were very disappointed by this. Even the outdoor sign said "pool open" but it was not. I often book places because of pools/spas. It wasn't the dirtiest hotel but not the cleanest either. There was a smell (not a clean smell) when you entered the hotel.

They closed the pool the day we got there - and that was why we chose it. breakfast ended too early as well. no housekeeping service was provided.

Room is worn but clean. Convenient location and price was a good value. Nice water pressure in shower.

Suggested to staff to have channel guide for tV. Remote channel up/down toggle didn’t work. Couldn’t turn in lamp above dresser

For the price and location, the hotel worked out fine.

The location was close to our event.

The bathroom door was terribly squeaky. It was impossible for anyone to keep sleeping when the door was opened.
