Friendly and courteous front desk staff. Pleasant stay and clean rooms.

Location and cleanliness.

The lighting in the room! Very low wattage bulbs which I didn’t care for, especially at night. Brighter lighting in the room is definitely needed.

I like clean hotels; I highly dislike poor customer service.

This hotel is very clean with a great location across the street from campus. The breakfast was good and so was the coffee.

The room was overpriced. I didn’t appreciate their parking lot policies. Only 1 car per room. We had a family members coming for out of state and they had to park on the street somewhere. We were sternly told if we don’t move we will be towed. Then check out is early at 11am. We asked for a noon check out and it was an unpleasant hard no. I know staffing is tight, but usually the front desk people are more reasonable about check out when many people are in town for an event.

The pillows were a little too thick for my liking but that is just a personal preference! Really nothing else that I didnt like!

Everything was good and clean. Breakfast was good.

The TV wasn't picking up any channels when I first turned it on but I just did a channel scan from the settings and after about 15 minutes it found them all so no problem.

We booked a king extended room and got a regular room with 2 queen beds.

Location Is excellent. We liked the fact we could walk to the many places we wanted to see. Also very clean, beds were great as well

This is petty but I wish there would be a water fountain to fill water bottles (like at airports). Bathroom water from is not the tastiest

Very pleasant and responsive staff. Very friendly and helpful regarding questions I had. Enjoyable!

Lots of choices. Good food. Very pleasant room and a nice view of the campus clock tower.

Air conditioner unit turning off and on a lot during the night. Kept the room at a chosen temperature. It just was noisy.
