Pleasant.

Marci made a great, thoughtful breakfast. Went out of the way to make sure I could and would enjoy it. She was super friendly and cordial. The place itself is quant, funky (good character). and easy to navigate.

Very friendly place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Wish they had a comfortable chair in the room instead of the straight back wooden dining table style chair. Also wished the tub/shower edge was lower as it was hard to get in and out with my bad knees.

This stay was unpleasant.

The bed was not uncomfortable. Free parking was helpful.

Rooms and house are dirty, building is dilapidated, and a poor smell pervades. There were so many strange issues: pile of cigarette butts at the entrance, a dirty aquarium that smelled terrible (see pictures), and a confusing check in. The host was rude, loud, and unwelcoming. We regret this booking.

Whimsical Decor

I loved the space, the beach decor in our room and all the whimsical decor thru out the house, including chalk art drawn by he hostess herself. She was very responsive and accommodating. She provided us with a bigger room with king sized bed and bunk beds just in case my older son came along. The beds were comfy the TV was huge and we also had a personal balcony which would be great for a summer stay. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Naomi's bed and breakfast Inn.

I didn't see anything that I didn't like! The breakfast starts at 8:30 and ends at 9:30 but our hostess still gave us breakfast even tho we were late. There was plenty of parking, I just didn't realize it was behind the property, maybe there should be a sign with an arrow directing to it.

it was perfect

right from the moment we arrived at Naomi’s bed and breakfast, the owner, Marci made sure we had the most comfortable visit. she showed us to our room, Global Fusion which was perfect for our needs. she gave us clear instructions about how to enter and exit the building but reassured us by being on the end of her phone. we had a very comfortable sleep and the most delicious breakfast. My husband and and I wish you all the best in your successful Bed and Breakfast 😊

Very good

A very conveniently located B&B just off the interstate highway. It's got a quirky and funky atmosphere. The hostess was very nice and friendly.

The breakfast was relatively sparse. In addition, we could not adjust the air conditioning in our room to a level that was comfortable for us.

We both agreed that it our stay was a worthwhile experience for two-night stay.

The breakfast was unorthodox, but tasty. The accommodations were also unusual, but interesting. Some of the infrastructure should be checked for updating and the dining area could stand some reorganization.

We weren't expecting the somewhat challenging spiral stairway to our room. As it was, we coped by unpacking only necessary items from our suitcases to smaller carrying bags for the transit upward.

Graduation stay

The breakfast was fantastic, the owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely and the bed was terrific! The location was perfect for us to attend the Springfield college graduation, and there were a lot of restaurants nearby to choose from for dinner. We highly recommend and will definitely go back! Thank you so much for a great stay!

It was nice but too expensive. I had wanted one of the rooms for $120 but none we’re available.

We did not participate in breakfast. We had to be at Bay State at 6:45.

Exceptional

Naomi‘s was amazing! Contactless arrival instructions were perfect, the room was unique, amazingly comfortable in the bathtub was superb, deep tub with armrests! The Fishtank and fireplace added so much! It was the best! Can’t wait to go back. The breakfast was unbelievable, handmade vanilla French toast, eggs, bacon and potatoes. Coffee delicious! Thank you For such a beautiful day!

Disappointing

The breakfast was below average. Do not book the Asian room because there is an aquarium that makes an annoying sound the entire night and u can not turn it off. One of the worst BB Ive ever been to. Very expensive for the price.

We had 2 bedrooms with 4 people. The water stayed hot. Enough privacy for everyone.

The breakfast food was fresh, delicious, and accommodating variations in taste. Delicious coffee. Lovely company. I have trouble sleeping through the night but I slept through the night. We loved the outside upper porch.

My car sits low to the ground and the driveway entrance is a bit steep. So entering and exiting the Driveway needed care.
