Who had driven out there and although we had checked in, due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to stay the night. The facility was clean and there seemed to be plenty of activities. My biggest compliments go to the staff, specifically Hope at the front desk and Manager Steven both displayed OUTSTANDING customer service. They were very attentive and understanding, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the staff at this resort. I am looking forward to returning to enjoy a stay at the resort.

Hotel room was spacious.
In general the rooms appear to be dated.
Also, from the patio it was noted that there was
mold on the exterior walls
giving the impression that
maintenance and repairs were limited.

We liked many things about Villa Roma. We enjoyed delicious food, great entertainment, comfortable rooms.
Main room (Roxana and Thomas-Table 15) and Lizza. They were so polite and doing their best to make our night special.
We especially enjoyed magic show with Tom and “Got Talent” on Tuesday(Pride for our country and amazing entertainment).
There is so many pluses that we enjoyed. Play room (Both adults and kids love it), bouncy room, dancing the night away and delicious drinks at a bar.
Big shot out at Doc. He kept people entertained. Front running “Got Talent”, to Ping Pong (Mike said hi), to great entertainment on a pool lawn.
We were first timers at Vill Roma and had no idea about the food or anything else. Every time we asked for help at a front desk (mostly females. Lisa and G.. they were rude). Once I told them about the issues Lisa was nice and very helpful. I understand every place is short on stuff now but listen to clients and it’s will leave great impression.
Please check play room. Many times games have errors and not working. Sometimes jackpot doesn’t give points and dirty. Please add cups for coins.

Breakfast was ok! Food was often cold and they ran out of bagels on the first day! Waiters were pleasant and accommodating! Coffee was tasteful!
Food was cold at breakfast! They ran out of bagels on the first day and they had no meat for the omelettes! I thought that was odd!

It was a beautiful location and backdrop.
I never ever say this on a review but DONT WASTE your money here. The place is run down, half of the facilities were closed supposedly for staffing issues. I was there 3 days and met only ONE friendly or helpful staff member. The pools were nasty and the hot tub didnt work and was pretty much a bathtub outside. Things were disorganized and the staff just assumed everyone had been there beforehand and gave out very little information. One night tje cafe decided to stop seating people and told people to go to the main dinner room. But the main dinner was closed to anymore seating as well. So no where to ha e dinner. Totally totally NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

The room was a decent size.
Very outdated & shabby. The bed was rather uncomfortable. The Main Dining was drab and the food mediocre and over priced. The pool was dirty. The staff seemed apathetic.

pool/spa/hot tub
Limited parking(parking lot was full); Check-in Staff limited to one, even though a lot of people were checking in; Vending machines didn’t work(No bottled water); when we called desk for additional hand towels, towels & pillows, they never came - Next morning we called again, they finally came; drapes in room were ripped; TV worked intermittently.
Overall: for a Hotel Resort, NOT worth the money…Maybe $99-115 per night.

The scenery around the resort is fantastic. Great views and the facility is so rural that there’s a natural tranquility around it. The hot tub was unique and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff that served it pleasant.
Don’t be fooled by the pictures on their website at all! The bulk of the facility is not well-kept. Most of the buildings on the property are very outdated and it shows that there’s very little care that goes into upkeep. Parts of it are basically run down. While there were some staff members that were pleasant, I found the majority of them to be seemingly bothered by any question that I asked or even my presence alone. I got the impression that there were some staffing struggles and that the remaining staff was very much stretched thin. The room, wall sizable, was disgusting. That was a particularly negative portion of my stay especially considering that I had to wait an additional 45 minutes before I was even allowed to check in.

easy access to the Bethel woods performing center
the staff at the front desk wasn't that friendly, and it just wasn't a great atmosphere....

The breakfast was nothing special and the location was as close as I could get to where I wanted to be. The lobby was very beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The room had no amenities whatsoever. It had no Kleenex, no shampoo or conditioner, no full length mirror, and when I went to open the window it fell apart in my hand! In addition there was no information about the hotel in the room. I had to find out at the front desk what the restaurants were and where to find them and when they served and even that information wasn't complete. For example, we did not understand that you had to pay the prix fixe for dinner ahead of time or that reservations were required. Needless to say we did not get to eat in the restaurant. Happily for us Starbucks was there... I could go on but I'm not going to.

The location was amazing for sightseeing in the area. The guest services man was wonderful
The receptionist was nasty and check in was terrible . The first night the fire alarm went off twice due to a large group of teenagers staying at the hotel, and smoking and setting the alarms off. The second day when we got back to the room, it was not made nor cleaned.

location, clean, large room, playground foe kids
the entire resort is very very outdated. nothing’s been touches since the 70’s i think. i wish they upgrated furniture, painted, upgrated the bathrooms. for that price tag you’d expect something a little more upgrated
