The plumbing needs to be worked on cuz the toilet didn’t work in my room

waited 3 hours past check in time before I was able to check in

smoking rooms available.

wasn’t able to check in until 3 hours after check in time which is 3pm bc housekeeping was running behind and had not cleaned my room and waited until it was their last room before they cleaned it.

The bathroom ..the shower curtain and tub need some renovation..the towels looked off white maybe their just old.. I brought my own towels though..shower slippers are definitely worth the purchase ..I didnt close curtain the shower just turn the shower head towards the wall for less water out ..used their towels to step on

Terrible never again at thisone

The checkout clerk was understanding..

The room was nasty needed cleaning terribly she had stains comforter had holes a man was outside at 2 in morning Changing what looked like transmission..very scary pee on toilet no ashtray microwave made noises no coffee pot towels were dingy brown

I couldnt even get a refund

It was around a lot of restaurants.

It was nasty when we came in. Also dusty the bed sheets still had different stains in them. The bathtub was extra nasty we never showered in it. The whole bathroom needs renovations. Overall it was horrible. I tried to get a refund and got denied. They couldn't even give us a different room!
