Estoy muy descontenta no había nadie para darnos llave después de las 10 de la noche tuvimos que pagar otro hotel , llamé más de 10 veces y nadie contestó ! No lo recomiendo

It was a decent stay for the price.

Good that it was pet friendly. I also like the kitchen area, appliances were clean.

I specifically asked to be placed away from high traffic areas but i still was placed right by a entrance door. I was interrupted during my relaxation time twice by construction crews/maintenance so I had to leave the premises. Cleanliness was bad, I had two woman's mini maxi pad wrapper on the shower floor & the other near the bed. There was no curtain in room sunlight beams right in my eyes. Chair in room needs to be trashed it was disgusting to sit on or even look at. It made the room look terrible. No breakfast.

It's always the best.

Everything was great. It's location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and laundry rooms are amazing. I love staying there when i'm in Monroe. Woodspring Suites is a top notch place to stay for business.

That my stay was so short this time.

I went for a peaceful nights sleep and that’s what I got.

I loved the staff, and the lil kitchen set up.

Don’t expect much of nothing

the lady at the front desk was nice…

dirty rooms. hair in drains, water on the floor, rusted fixtures, extremely uncomfortable beds.

Liked the kitchenette. Was able to make Coffee how I like it, with a Kettle and drip pot. Room was kozy. Great value.

Skimpy pillows, no blanket on bed. Was very loud. Rooms aren't insulated very well to block out sound. Bed wasn't comfortable.

Is very nice and quiet Also an amazing stuff workers.

The parking lot I think should be a little bigger, to make the hotel a lot better would be breakfast in the morning time

The front desk staff was amazing

Some of the construction workers were a little loud and in and out. But they were polite and friendly.

compared to when it 1st open this property is going down! the room I had was filthy!!!!! hair on the floor beside the toilet, floor was so nasty I couldn’t walk on it w/o shoes! the hall way carpet is disgusting as well

Nothing.

I did not stay at this hotel. I went to the meting hotel in front of it. The woman at the desk called Woodspring to confirm that was where I had a reservation. She identified herself and the Woodspring clerk replied “I know who you are I have caller ID”. The tone was curt and impolite in addition to unprofessional. I decided immediately that I would not stay there due to the bad attitude and curt response. I am very unhappy that this facility charged me for a room on a property I never set foot On. The reason I did not go was the staff. I apparently will be forced to pay, but their company will never see another dime from me as the money they took was improper, and frankly, it was theft. Everything from parking to guest accommodations were great.

Room and parking were great and also desk clerk very accommodating.

Could have had more towels available initially.

I canceled my stay next week on my return back home.

The bed was soft, very comfortable, pillows felt like feather/down pillows, I'm not sure if they were, but they were nice. No clock, blow dryer, coffee maker in the room and a blow dryer wasn't available. I think you get what you pay for, but the bed was comfortable. Coffee was good the next morning in the lobby.

I like it because it was a clean safe place to stay that people had to have several ways of keys to get in there couldn't just walk in I loved it I came twice within the 2 months time

The maid service you do not have made service as a daily but it was okay I was comfortable making plans

Staff very friendly and helpful

Said there was a hot tub but there wasn't. We are OTR hauler's and look for some relief for our bodies so hot tubs or pools are important.
