Had a good stay overall.

Cleanliness and hotel staff

Bathroom toilet, I guess, kept making this loud vacuum sound all hours of the night that kept waking us up. Also, bed was high, a chair and toilet were low to the ground. Felt a weird mix up throughout the room! Also didn't care for the extra soft pillows, not a fan.

Gem in Troutdale

Location was great for us. The staff was great! Especially Carlos in the evening and Katelyn in the morning! Hotel under renovation yet clean quiet and comfortable.

Clean room nice amenities slept well.

Close to Glen Otto Park and McMinnimans Edgefield.

Hot breakfast was not available at the breakfast start time. Cold items and cereal was out so I was able to eat.

Mediocre at best for a high price tag

Honestly the only great thing was that the pool was fairly empty whenever we wanted to use it

The sink in the we bar was leaking and we were offered another room for the same price that wasn’t a suite or nearly as big. We paid WAY too much for the suite for what it actually was the value for money was definitely not there. Whenever we asked staff a question they did not know the answer and told us we’d have to call back after our stay was over when a manager was there.

I am always treated like a 5star guest. And will return again.

There could be improvement on the breakfast. Otherwise, was extremely pleased with our stay.

More pillows and towels.

The overall experience was fair at best.

Easy access off the freeway. Good Price, spacious king room, plenty of parking

The building lacked enough luggage carts. The only one available was rickety and disappeared altogether the morning a we left when we could have used it. Staff was responsive but not particularly friendly. Breakfast in a bag included, water, over ripe banana, snack bar and unidentifiable sweet soft tortilla roll up,

Ehh. Could have been better.

Room was well cleaned and pool was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Shower didn’t work properly and had to call maintenance. For being an “hearing/wheelchair accessible” room it wasn’t set up well. Water spilled from shower onto a tile floor which made it slippery. Coffee maker was placed on top of a cabinet far out of reach for someone in a wheel chair. Room had a weird smell to it. For being a non smoking hotel I smelled cigarette smoke inside more than a few times.

Not for Us! The price was way to high!

The front desk girl was really nice.

It smelled! The trains all night! The Trucks idaling all night next to the fence by our room??? The all night noise!!!

The bed was so incredibly firm I was hardly able to sleep. When traveling by car you need a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed. This hotel did not provide that.

Superb

Easy access from freeway, but room was very quiet. Considering COVID restrictions, the to-go breakfast was quite adequate. Would love to have had access to the pool, but again, the restrictions were understandable at this time.

Awesome!!

I love everything from this hotel! This is one of my favs when i stay in the troutdale or Gresham area, the housekeepers and front desk are very nice and helpful:) love how clean the rooms are and when u ask for extra things for room they give it to you with out hesitation:)
