The room had a great view. It is within walking distance of the Spokane Arena, which is where we attended a concert. My grandkids love the elevators, as they can see out while going up and down.
Security in parking could have been better. Someone we met told us that his car was broken into. We had to check ours also.

Wasn’t impressed with the late night (9:30pm) service in the restaurant. It was full and only one bartender…I waited a while to order a snack just to be told No desserts. So I ordered a small salad and when I opened the box it was enough for two bites…paid $6.63 for it and a $10 tip…very disappointed!!! Breakfast…they ran out of stuff on menu we wanted…very disappointing!!! The room however was Great!! Clean and comfortable.
ROOM was clean and comfortable!

Location.
Rooms were a bit small. Noisy to some degree.

Price and location
I had to get maintenance to attach my Roku streaming device because there was only one accessible hdmi port that directtv was using so he disconnected that. Don’t have a concierge to ask for recommendations

Location was great. In house restaurant and bar. Good breakfast.

Location was great, pool and seating were a wonderful amenity
Our room had kind of an odd odor, like the carpets were just shampooed. We would have also loved a hot tub/spa.
4.5
Location, room, clean, modern installations. Definitely will stay again!
Stayed only one night, but enough to know that is a good hotel to stay in!

The beds and bedding is amazing. The pool is great
The guy that checked us in was a disappointment. The food was mediocre

The room was great and had a balcony that overlooked the pool. The pool is spacious and there was a lifeguard on duty too.
I didn’t like paying $15.00 for parking

Bed was good.
Breakfast, pool, internet. Breakfast was $23 each and was the quality of free breakfast at any other hotel, powder eggs. Had to pay to use anything. Also really no river view, had good view of parking lot.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and even gave me directions to the elevator to the event my wife and I were there for.

breakfast was not good
2.5
The staff were friendly and helpful. Meals and snacks in the restaurant and coffee bar were excellent.
The room was small, cramped and sparsely furnished, with a view of the parking lot (a "deluxe king"). It was not worth the price, especially with parking and "destination" fees.
