Great little stopover for while you’re in Spokane

Very well located, friendly staff, and very clean. A cool, budget option for staying in Spokane.

It was okay not worth what we paid.

The location was nice.

The property is set up like a motel which was fine but I would have felt safer in a hotel style. I did not like their the tub had hairs in it and clearly was not clean. The walls were thin and our neighbor had a screaming match with her teenage child at 6:00 am. That child will have no PlayStation (during the week and must apologize to their dad). I don’t need to know all this and it was alarming to wake up to the screaming.

It was an ideal stop for us. I was able to learn about the history of the city too.

The room was large, quiet and clean. The location was ideal walking distance for shopping , stopping for coffee, or taking a walk at Riverside park. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the area.

Cute place, well maintained. Friendly staff and convenient location. Bed was comfortable

Location was a bit sketchy, but the lighting was good and there was good security. Could have been a better selection of snacks/drinks in the lobby. I imagine some folks wouldn’t want to walk to the gas station/store a block over in the evening. Didn’t bother me though.

Upgraded bathroom, clean sheets

Gaps between door and door frame. The train was the same level as the floor which shook the room every time it went by, which was 5 times during our 3 hours of actual sleep. The staff didn't inquire on our early checkout or what they could've done to improve our stay.

location, clean and uncluttered decor.

building classification is a motel. should not call it otherwise. Noise proofing could improve the stay. although, I personally enjoy the train.

I enjoyed my stay, just sad to see how Dowtown has gone down hill!

Price was great and the place was clean.

Didn’t realize the location had so much crime. As a sola traveler I was a bit nervous but the staff were great!

Horriable nightmare

These people are gross there homopobic and need to be closed down i have never been treared like i was that young huy wuth blknde long hair seems to be confused about his sexyality and lashes out at people very rude and the hotsl aas a dump bed bug city

So many places to stay in Spokane, I'd NEVER stay here again and definitely DON'T recommend it.

It was walking distance to the event we attended.

Desk staff called us at 1:00 in the morning and insisted we come to the desk to fix a "credit card error" or else be criminally trespassed. Total error on part of employee and absurd to wake guests. I'm seriously appalled.

Friendly customer service, outside and garage parking available. Rooms were adequate for the price we paid. Will stay there again if ever in the area.

The Steam Plant restaurant and bar are NOT located in the hotel. They are full city block away.

Necessary, but not enjoyable.

Location

See earlier comments. The place was a rat hole. Terrible quality bed, sheets….the tv glitched out every time a train passed (which was often), no real comfort, or cleanliness or quiet. Just a depressing old motor lodge with a tiny bit of painted veneer to have it look from a distance like it was hip or cool. It was terrible! I’m really upset Booking.com rated it highly. This is the first time I’ve been burned by your ratings.

Surprisingly quiet and comfortable in a convenient location.

The room was very clean and very quiet. You could hear trains occasionally as the tracks are very close, but I never heard another person at the hotel even though I was on the middle level and I could see other guests out my window.

The bed was a little worn with clear grooves on either side. I couldn't go to sleep in the middle and wake up in the same spot.

Fine over-night in Spokane.

Staff was exceptionally welcoming, room was clean and ready for check in. Parking was available - didn't need covered parking but it was available. wifi was available and easily accessed. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and bar just within easy walking distance. The theatre was within easy walking distance (just under a mile) with well-lighted streets at night. Kureg provided the in room coffee...love those little pods. Staff allowed me access to the kitchen to get tea at night. Really decent brewed and Kureg coffee in the breakfast room.

Breakfast could have been more varied but was totally adequate. The clock in the room was unfunctional...at least I couldn't figure out how to make it work. Our iphones worked well enough.

Very overpriced for what we got, very disappointed, staff however was great.

The room wasn’t well kept, dirty bedding, halls and elevators smelled bad and were very dirty. A friend stayed in another room and had to request a new room because of the dog hair and boogers on her sheets.

Great location in the centre of town. Railway runs right past but it did not disturb me. Staff were friendly and helpful
