Disappointed in Hotel

Breakfast was decent.

Hotel facilities appeared as if maintenance was lacking. Parking lot and sidewalk to pool in bad shape. Room had a propane like odor… yuk!

A disappointing hotel in a wonderful town and area.

The room and ensuite were comfortable. The lobby staff were pleasant. The location (Taos) is wonderful - literally.

The parking lot surface has lots of broken areas and trip hazards. The breakfast, although advertised until 10am, was out of hot items by 9am and no effort made to re-supply. The ice machine was not working on floor 2 so we had to go downstairs to get ice.

Overall, we like the hotel.

Great location. Breakfast was great, Staff was very helpful.

The sofa bed was broken and we couldn’t use it as a bed. Shower handle needs a repair.

We booked specifically for its hot tub features. We weren’t told till we checked in that the hot tub was broken literally in half.

I was a little disappointed in the over all stay for a Hampton hotel.

Breakfast was good. No complaints.

Hot tub was out of service. Chair at desk very stained. No plug in sink. Wall protecter behind entrance door missing. Needs a little refurbishing inside and out.

Stay away from this hotel whete thete was a very dirty room

Room was not clean. The tub and jets for the whirlpool were encrusted with black filth.

The way. staff responded was to brush off our concerns Manager would not speak to us called Hilton corporate who agreed they would refund the fees including the one night we stayed.

We love Taos.

Room had no toilet paper had to go to desk too get.Shower did not woork,could not shower first day.Maintenance fixed,was ok second day.

great place to stay when skiing

breakfast was good…appreciated the cottage cheese / yogurt option. various pastries, waffle machine, egg and kielbasa sausage one morning, something w egg and cheese on like an English muffin kind of thing

unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working

Comfortable friendly place - good option for skiing in Taos

Friendly staff, Breakfast was okay, pool/hot tub so great after skiing, location was very good, close to Guadalajara Grill for dinner

Breakfast could have had a little more flavor - pool and hot tub out of service for two days out of our stay - laundry service was out of service (this was a major draw for booking our week long stay)

Seemed like a great property for sightseeing and skiing.

Enjoyed the great breakfast. The location is central to several ski areas. It is also near the Rio Grande river gorge.

Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service during our stay.

No amenities! No cups on the room for coffee or drink. Had to downstairs and only had 4 cups in kitchen area! Breakfast was not up to Hampton standards.
