It was ok, convenient to where we were going.

The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was good.

The corners of the tub/shower could have been a little cleaner looking. There was an opening in the bottom of the door frame between the frame and the door; it needs to have the seal replaced.

We have never had any issues staying here before.. they need a good redecorating.

Poliet staff. Location and price. The place was quiet.

Dirty towel left in the room. No extra toliet paper.. (I had my own luckly). Large stain on the bed. Top cover was very itchy. The vent fan sounded like a freight train. Tub had hair in it. .. the room chair was broken and lend to one side.

Breakfast was simple. Apples, fruit, cereal & yogurt with juice & coffee. The Gulf ids only 20 miles away. Grocery stores nearby as are Sonic & McDonalds and Goodwill

Thought we were getting a handicapped room but the vanity was too low and our guest in the wheelchair kept hitting his knee on the cracked granite because it was too low plus was scraping his leg so I put duck tap over it

Not a good experience

The staff I dealt with were courteous, the breakfast was mediocre at best, the outside looked ok except for the damaged derelict car parked outside my room.

It was overpriced for a damp , smelly , dirty , rat infested room. It was a very big disappointment as I was expecting much more for the high price I paid and also there were drug dealers in the next room outside all night long making noise and a derelict abandoned car parked right in front of my room.

fresh fruit, something other than stale cereal. was very disappointed in the breakfast lack of selection. maybe waffle or toaster work be nice. the phone in the room (220) did not work..had to use cell phone to call front desk. no bath mat, no guide on tv channels. Feel like I over paid for all the things we DID'NT get . For 25 more we could have stayed in nicer place with an elevator. Booked well in advance and told them we cant climb stairs., that it has to be 1st floor. Didnt matter, we got 2nd floor and as a result I am back on crutches.

the property was okay I had to go ask for more towels because there was only one inside the restroom by the time we noticed.

the people next store had dogs . and the dogs barked all night . there was no sleep for my parents , my sister in law and her newborn baby, or myself.

Room was modern and well appointed, the lack of cleanliness made our opinion of the room poor.

Bed was comfortable. Room was apparently recently remodeled and was well appointed. carpet had been replaced with dark colored vinyl.

Tub, tub surround and shower had black mold. I spilled some water on the floor. After wiping about a 2 ft. area the hand towel was absolutely black. The floor was disgustingly dirty. I complained to management and they said the floors get steam cleaned only weekly and the next day was the scheduled cleaning day. Absolutely unacceptable! These should be cleaned after every guest. Toilet wasn't cleaned. Large towel was after being used on bathroom floor to stand on. Small towel was after wiping up water from floor in room.

Comfortable, quiet, perfect!

The room was perfect. It was very clean. I really, really liked the shower.

The bed. Way too soft. Perfect for the hubs. But you had a very nice sofa, just right for me. I slept there.

I wouldn't ever stay here again.

The staff was decently nice but that's completely overwhelmed by the lack of cleanliness.

The building smells like mildew. There is mold everywhere. Things are broken. This facility is not clean.
