Will not stay again

Basic stay

Extremely noisy. The total did not agree with the Booking quote (over $90 higher). I filed a complaint. Will not stay tgere again and will be wary of using Hampton Inns in the future.

Very disappointed with this Is Hampton Inn location. I won't return to it

The room smelled like mildew. Ceiling paint peeling off. The carpet looked very dirty. I should know because I worked as a Maintenance Engineer for another brand. I was very disappointed with this property. What made it worst I was charged for parking. The staff were very kind to remove the charges after I mentioned how disappointed I was with the concept of paying for such.

I am a Maintenance Engineer. This is the first time I ever faced Hampton Inn that with such poor quality control. The room smelled like mildew. Paint was peeling off the ceiling around a lamp. And the rug looked like it hasn't been shampoo in over a year.

Expérience désastreuse

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre près de 45min avec 3 enfants en bas âge pour avoir notre chambre, dû au fait que l'hôtel n'avait pas reçu le paiement. Nous avons dû utiliser notre téléphone personnel à nos frais pour appeler le service client afin d'avoir notre chambre. La chambre prévue pour 3 personnes n'était pas faite, 1 enfant a dû dormir en plus dans la chambre 321 prévue pour 4 personnes. Le plateau avec cafetière et le seau à glaces dans la chambre 321 étaient placés dans les toilettes donc pas très hygiénique. Le jacuzzi était vraiment sale et donc inutilisable. Le personnel à la réception n'était pas à la hauteur, pas serviable. Aux regards de toutes ces difficultés rencontrées, j'aimerais recevoir 1 remboursement partiel. Bien cordialement.

Overall very nice location, clean and comfortable with a really good breakfast and excellent price.

The facility is nice and breakfast was good. Clean and fresh new towels on the second day.

There’s was a parking fee per day which we weren’t told about when booking. This was upsetting and unnecessary. There was plenty of parking not sure why the charge… The lady in charge of breakfast kept complaining about only having two hands and being the only one working to put food out. She couldn’t keep up. Really needs a second person or some one with more energy.

It was a great experience.

Our experience was great! Our room was clean and nice. Staff was nice. Overall a great experience. This is our 2nd time booking with y’all and we will definitely be back again.

Overall it was pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good. The fact that they had breakfast baggies for people on the go is a nice touch.

The bathroom was very clean but the toilet had a sewer smell to it.

The night staff was so much more accommodating in comparison to the daytime manager. I only stay at Hilton hotels but will not stay at this one ever again!

The front desk manager was just rude and condescending. Had I been the owner she’d been gone already!

This is a very well-situated comfortable hotel.

The location was very good for our needs. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We couldn't stay for the breakfast but the coffee was excellent.

BAD DONT WANT TO GO HERE EVER AGAIN

THE STAFF ARE RUDE ! Especially the one in front desk when we arrived on Friday at 9:46pm ! SHE WAS RUDE TOLD US WE COULDNT PAY WITH MY BROTHER INLAW CARD OR PAY WITH CASH SHE ALSO STARTED SOUNDING RACIST LOOKING AT MY FAMILY ANGRY ALL THE TIME WE WERENT THE ONLY ONES SHE HAD A PROBLEM WITH SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IF SHE DOES NOT LIKE HER JOB ! ROOM WAS DIRTY CARPET WAS DIRTY ARE BED HAD HAIRS THE SHEETS AND PILLOWS WERE DIRTY ! THEY NEVER CLEANED OUR ROOM ONLY GAVE US 2 TOWELS IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! DONT STAY HERE WE PAID ALMOST 500 FOR 2 days STAY IN A BETTER HOTEL SAVE YOUR MONEY NOT WORTH IT !

No Cameras, Truck Broken Into

Hotel was close to a lot of places we were going. Pool area was decent.

No security cameras anywhere outside of property. Truck bed cover, cut open, broke braces, and stole our 2 yeti coolers from bed. I know it's not there fault, but they could've at least apologized for it happeneing. Bathroom not cleaned when we got there, then when i called to complain the next morning, because we didn't notice when we first arrived (hair all over the floor), they told me all housekeeping requests had to be in before 9 am or they couldn't guarantee it. Really? They did come clean.

The room thermostats is not function as it should. controller at wall is not connected to room AC. Some functions of controller at AC are not working. Auto fan/high/low doesn't work, only one speed.
