Awesome stay!

Great value! Although not a newer hotel, it was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfecto para una noche de paso

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación bastante grande. Para pasar solo una noche que nos pillaba de paso fenomenal. Si vais a Tallahassee parar en el Museo del Automóvil, es una pasada!

El desayuno tiene poca variedad, pero creo que eso pasa en todos los hoteles americanos de esta calidad

Disappointing

The staff were nice & it was more or less clean

The room was really noisy (120 next to the mechanics room) with doors banging all through the night. We had virtually no sleep. The mattress was old & sagging . Breakfast was very basic with disposable crockery & cutlery

The staff at the front desk when we arrived was incredibly friendly and concerned we would be happy with our visit. Upon opening my door to the room I was assigned, there were no linens on the bed. I went back to the front desk and you were sold out but she gave me another room and said she would be going to the original room and making the bed herself since there was no housekeeping on duty. She was a really hard worker and continued to smile! Of course Mother Nature welcomed me with a major hurricane at 7AM, since I was on the top floor I went to the lobby. The hotel even lost power. She was still working and assured all who were in the lobby to stay calm and she made sure the coffee was plentiful. My kudos the the front desk staffer who worked very har and reminded calm and friendly.

When I entered my first assigned rooms the beds were not Ade and I noticed there was no mattress cover on one of them. Not good that were not made up! When the power went out and we needed to use the stairs, the emergency lights were not working and the stairway was dark. The lack of well trained housekeeping and maintenance is very concerning.

We travel a lot, but this was by far the most uncomfortable place we stayed at.

The concierge was friendly.

The night shift manager was awful. I don't know why this person has decided to go in hospitality business: dismissing and not caring. When at 1:30 in the morning I came downstairs to ask her about the outside loud noise, her response was: What noise? If it is not on our property, we cannot control it. When I pointed to the crew of workers (at 1:30 am washing the driveway, with a compressor making incredible noise, in a fast food restaurant just 300-400 feet away from the hotel), and said my only option would be to call the police, she said "go ahead". So, I ended up spending about 45 min outside waiting for the police who came and took care of the situation sending the workers home. Could the Fairfield hotel manager have done this (everyone who was not yet asleep in the hotel that night heard that noise)? Yes. Just like I did. Hotel room that had one king bed and a sleeper sofa was just terrible: small, uncomfortable and impossible to sit three people at the table. There was simply no room for three.

Staff at the front desk was kind.

I had to kill multiple cock roaches, bigger than a quarter, in my room. We arrived around midnight and saw them within the first hour. I left them there for housekeeping to see. We were very disappointed. Other than that, it was okay.

Overall, my stay was excellent. Great breakfast, great staff, great valve.

I could only enjoy one morning of breakfast and it was delicious. Was looking for bacon but the sausage patties were good.

Didn't sleep as room was the the elevator and I constantly heart that all night -beeps too loud

The hotel charged me two times for the stay - then when i mentioned it to the lady that charged me she initially said I was wrong. After proving it to her, she then said she would fix it and "you can go to your room, i'll sort it" which could be taken as rude. Anyway, she didn't and then i woke up with a third charge - So I paid three times. Anyway the two girls i spoke to the morning after were more efficient and sorted a refund.

Light bulb went out in bathroom night before we checked out. A/C wasn’t cold enough. Had it set to 68 and was 77 when we checked in and only made it to 75 by the third day when we checked out. Decor seemed a little old and tired.

Location and clean room.

Lack of parking, not working elevators during a fully booked weekend. I was pre-charged for a reservation that was made as "pay at the hotel". When calling the staff was condescending stating that's "part of their policies for all reservations", yet never stated.
