4.0
The area it was in it was close to the bus routes
The fact that the bed spread at the bottom had mold on it. And that the microwave came on but didn't get hot. And also the TV keep going in and out.

Room clean area quiet
Owner's nasty attitude and disrespectfulness hotel would be better without him.

Absolutely nothing!
it smelled horrible — like smoke and mildew. It was sold as a non-smoking room, but it clearly had smokers in it before we arrived. The bed was not comfortable. The towels were thin, small, and not very absorbent. The room had no blow dryer and not enough pillows, and the water was cold during some of our showers. We also found it extremely difficult to communicate by phone directly with the property manager, and the check-in process took a long time.

The vibe of the motel was like Motel 6, which is ok. The room was clean. Everything worked. Cable is Comcast. Free wifi worked pretty decent. There was a small fridge and a microwave, which is always positive when traveling.
The only things I would suggest is a towel for the floor by the tub for when you get out the shower. Also, maybe a small table with two chairs as a place to sit so you’re not only sitting on the bed. One more thing is one of the lights next to the bed didn’t have a chain to turn it on. Maybe double check all rooms to fix those small things before renting the room again.

I was double charged for booking. I am still waiting on a refund to make this situation right.

Nice man in check-in office is the best thing I can say about this motel. There was a small fridge and microwave oven in the spacious room plus an ice machine and soda vending down on the ground floor, under the office. No roaches that we could see, which is a plus at these types of places!
Our room was upstairs from parking, so it was not overly friendly to us as elderly guests. No toilet paper (had to ask for it), no facial tissues, one tiny crumbly soap cake, no shampoo, very few thin towels, bathtub but no drain plug because "everyone floods the bathrooms", practically unusable WiFi, no coffee maker, no clock/radio, poor cable TV selection, a bit dusty and grimy in the corners of the rooms and no fresh bedding etc. overnight despite two night stay. Strange multi-street intersection location that confused our GPS.

this motel (for the price I paid for the event I attended) was below subpar. This is a less than $50/night facility with a price hike of $223 because of the event at Florida State University football game. This motel looked dirty, was dirty, was low budget with low budget staff & guests. I would not recommend this place for anyone for any reason. I'd love to receive a refund from this rat hole!!
