It was convenient to the concert venue. The breakfast was okay.
The toilet was not tight to the floor. The sink was clogged. The parking was completely filled due to the tiki bar clients. They also gave away the king bed I reserved. My wife and I had to sleep in two double beds, although he tried to sell them as queens.

The Check in procedure. Room access. Clean Room.
The Bathtub floor was slicker than ice. Almost fell 2X. Free breakfast is paltry.

No
Poor customer service. There was no over night desk personnel. Left early and there was no one to check us out. Had to call later and and got the ok. Then several hours got a call from an upset employee asking if we were leaving g cause it was after check out time. I had to explain that we had already left, that there was no one there when we left and all I got was, " well there's no one here till 7".
The shower was clogged and wouldn't drain.
Tiki lounge was active and loud till early morning. No parking available at night due to the Tiki bar.
Lots of construction. At one point a worker started drilling on our door in the evening.

OK TRICKY ONE we are OAPs traveling LOTS AND LOTS around the world, this is a florida tour, may 2023 and this was just a stop over night, BUT the hotel has new owners and they have tryed very hard to upgrade and referbish the rooms which are very good new floors, bed, walls vanity area , and paint, we gave constructive comment as experiance hotel travelrs, that the bath neede changing , and the mirrors and paintings need hanging, and the sun rise through the windo on the east side so the room needed blackout blinds, or supply sunglsses, lol, but this DID NOT WORRY USE AT ALL, they are trying, breakfast was ok too 7/10, once the rooms are finished this is a short stop over place only, 1/2 nights only , pool is good but right next to a outside texan bar food, who can see you, wife felt out of place, but kids will love it, bar food is good too and liverly evenings
nothing really, so its not fair to comment, once referb is done it will be an adiquet place to stop ovr, and $100 doller deposit is a bit steep but you get it back once you return door card and room is ok, which they did check over

They advertised breakfast but that is something they didn’t offer
Everything. They stole my phone and jewelry I had forgotten in the room and never returned it. I was checked into a dirty room with burned carpet and stained walls, I called immediately to try to get my money back but the only thing that was offered was switching rooms. I switched within 5 minutes and they tried to hold my deposit starting the condition of that inhabitable room was from me. My items were stolen by house keeping. Tenants that live there long term are always in your business & I used their laundry facilities to wash my child’s clothes and they were STOLEN from the dryer! Then the office told me there was nothing that could be done! DO NOT STAY HERE! Falsely advertised!
