Correct, trop cher pour ce que c’est, hôtel très vieux.

Le personnel était très courtois.

L’hôtel est très vieux et aucunement au goût du jour. Les chambres sont humides et ne sentent pas très bon. Pour le prix (environ 300$ canadien), c’est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Turned out to be excellent

The hotel was really great with everything, even after getting things fixed. Cots weren't comfy could be updated. The kids loved making their own waffles. Booking.com sucks

Booking.com sucks. Never transferred any of my notes or request over to the hotel. Cots weren't comfy and could be updated.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! Was a great anniversary

We showed up late and the gal in the office was spectacularly wonderful! I believe her name was Alex. She was by far the best person ever to be at the hotel desk, check in etc. she gave us our room card, we went all the way up to the second floor for the cards to not work. We brought them back, and she was so funny! She got the cards to work for the second time.

Every thing was good fine and dandy- if I mentioned any issues at all it would be that the bed had a big indent on one side. Probably from one person in the bed often etc. so my recommendation would be new beds.

Ridiculously expensive at almost $700 for two nights! Would not stay here again

The room was and good size and had a nice kitchen. There was no fans in the bathrooms of the hotel room or the lobby so it really smelled and was humid after people shower. There were a carpenter ants crawling all over the bathroom and sleeping area. I would like a refund. Also the pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable for our child and she did not sleep well. We would not stay here again. The staff were very nice and gave us excellent service as they could. The eggs were too salty At the breakfast

Unexpectedly large room and clean.

Very spacious, more then expected

Parking lot didn’t appear too secure. Area isn’t the best section of town.

Awesome but not our room #114

The room was super clean and huge and comfortable, however it was so loud from either a furnace or something mechanical adjacent to our room #114, we paid top dollar for a suite and didn't get 5 min of sleep because of the noise, 8 out 10 loudness if 10 was a train 5' from the room full bore.

It was a nice hotel for a quick stay

it was bright and inviting and clean

the pillows were very uncomfortable and it was a bit expensive and the morning breakfast the hot items were scrambled eggs and make a waffle no breakfast meats

Dependable, great location for visitors driving to Burlington VT area

This is an older hotel, but it's very nice. Great staff, clean, well stocked , very quiet.

Acceptable but will probably go elsewhere next time.

Good location, spacious room. Breakfast included.

No internet connection. Took one hour at front desk talking to tech support on the phone. Room needs updating. Windows were very dirty.

Fair price, good location and kind and helpful staff. Recommend it for a short trip upstate Vermont.

Kind and helpful staff. The property is clean and well-maintained. Coffee and tea are available 24/7.

The corridors are a bit smelly. And we had some noisy neighbours upstairs, which is not an issue with the hotel, to be honest.

Comfortable and pleasant place to stay when visiting Burlington area.

The bed in my king studio room was very comfortable. I had driven 6 hours that day and was so happy to sleep in that comfy bed. The room itself had everything I needed, including a full size refrigerator, microwave, plates, glasses, utensils, paper towels and dish soap. The room size was very generous and the sitting area was comfortable with both a couch and chair. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I had the free breakfast downstairs one day and there were plenty of hot and cold choices including scrambled and boiled eggs, yogurt, various breads and cereals. I was visiting people for the weekend and would stay here again. It’s close to many cute shops, antique centers, and eateries to meet up with friends either in Shelburne or Burlington.

There are two Ascend Suite buildings in the same parking lot and google maps sent me to the one that is for extended stays. The actual hotel is the one closest to the highway. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but it can be confusing if you go to the wrong one. The bath soap is awful, bring your own.

Passable

The breakfast was great. The coffee was very tasty. Front desk staff were very friendly.

The room smelled like cigarettes, the hallway on the 1st floor smelled like rotten feet, the bed had springs poking out, and room 310 was adjoining to my room and there was a dog or other animal scratching at the adjoining doors all night.

Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Recommended a great restaurant for dinner!

The property is definitely in need of a renovation and repairs.
