I liked the room size it made it very cozy, the location was great as well as the staff. When I had a problem, they fixed it for me right away.
The only problem I came across was our toilet flooding the bathroom.
3.4
I like the area and the staff.
The rooms were barely cleaned and lent build up in areas of the room like the room has been vacant with no checks prior to coming. The vent of the AC was dirty with build up on the vent that was cracked with a piece of the vent missing. This looks very unsanitary for the rice you have the purchase the room at this location. Their were red spot like blood or stains the was noticeable on the carpet and the remote was not cleaned from last user. The switches for the lights were dirty. And the carpet smelled like mold.

Was a nice clean hotel and staff was friendly
But "ladies of the night was "working" outside the hotel and was coming in and out of the lobby, not such a pleasant place if you have kids.

The morning of checkout I noticed dried blood on the comforter. I took the sheets off, and there wound up being even more dried blood on the fitted sheet underneath the mattress protector. Not only that, but the breakfast options were very limited for anyone with dairy or gluten sensitivities (the majority of it was bread, cereals with gluten, yogurt, milk, etc.)

Staff were friendly and took room security seriously when my son lost his key and needed a replacement.
It's older and run down. Needs upgrades, dead flowers it front and smoking area needs to move from the front door/main entrance. Not all want to walk through that and gives an unwelcoming vibe.

It was clean all throughout the building. The staff were very nice. My bed was very comfortable and clean the floors looked clean and the bathroom was nice for what I paid. I would stay here again, it was around a lot of shops and nice restaurants. Very quiet and I didn't smell any smoke throughout the building.

Loved the location
The bedding could have been cleaner and it would have been nice if it didn’t smell like weed as soon as you opened the door.
3.4
The cleanness and quietness of the facility. Police officer came every night to ensure the safety. The staff was nice and very prompt to our needs.
No complaints it was an awesome visit.

The staff. It's been a while since I've stayed at a place where EVERY employee I ran into was beyond friendly and offered any help I needed. The location is great. I think every name retailer is right there, along with lots of chain and local restaurants. 10 minutes from downtown. The price. Can't beat it for what you're getting.
The size, but I knew that going in. You know...."micro." As long as all you need the room for is sleep, it'll do. The smell. Not stinky like mildew or mold, but Marijuana. No smoking cigarettes in the rooms, but apparently, weed isn't a problem. To be fair, I've stayed in 3 different places in 3 different towns in NC this year, and that seems to be the norm.

Location. Housekeeping supervisor was quick at resolving issue of dirty room.
Poor attitude at desk, dirty entrance, torn window screens, smells like marijuana in halls, no back or side entrance, Requested another room due to "personal hairs" in shower, bathroom shelves, toilet and on mattress cover. (Housekeeping supervisor took care of getting us another room pretty quickly and apologized). Toilet in that room was clogged and they provided a plunger so I can unclog it myself. I used all the clean towels to dry the floor. I asked for more towels and got rags. Had to go a second time to ask for bath towels specifically. Front desk receptionist wasn't mean but she was not shy in showing how frustrated she was that evening.

It was good convenient
The day shift clerk on the day of the stay seemed a lil overwhelmed with all the peoples who were checking in at one time I’m guessing even tho she did her job she just seemed very overwhelmed the night shift clerk was very kind and helpful other then that it was a nice hotel and if I had to stay there again I would.

location
Bathroom not clean; hair in tub and some around sink. Room too small. Mattress hard and uncomfortable.

CARPET WAS NOT CLEAN, THERE WAS NO COFFEE CUPS, THERE WAS NO BATH CURTAIN

close to venue
people kept us up both nights. Had to call the deak and a huge security guard came to my room instead of the room causing the problem. the place was a mess when we arrived. the entire property smelled of marijuana and staff commented that at least the teen boys would have an appetite in the morning. 😟.
