Nice place, friendly, helpful staff. Lots of parking places.

The gym was missing quite a lot of dumbbells and attachments to the universal machine. Treadmills kept slipping which made running dangerous.

everything about the property was nice.

I left my denim jacket in the hotel room hanging on the chair and when I called and asked about it. it was no where to be found, not even turned into the lost and found. so apparently the staff stole it. very disappointed and would not stay or recommend to anyone.

Adequate--except for the only handicap rooms being on the 3rd or 5th floors! Wyndham needs to update

Beds were great. Large room. Good breakfast option. Helpful staff.

No handicap accessible rooms on 1st floor?? They put us on 5th, at the opposite end of elevator, having to navigate a long hallway. What if there was a fire or an emergency??! Also, what's with the charge of $100 for possible damage, not to be returned for a week or more??

Location was good from city point it was to be 4miles out as advertised but was really 6mimes..it was centered around plenty of places

Check inn ..room had lots of trash...bed wasn't. Made..relocated to another room that had a dog next door barking like crazy ..front desk responded ..to find owner was in room with dog...never heard anymore barking after this...breakfast after 1st hour only had bread.... fruit and cereal left

Run down inside but suppose tobr renovated i. Time Outside was big mess. Looked out window at a disgusting pool area. Gross carpet in common areas.

Not a good enough experience to want to come back for another stay.

If was convenient and decent comfort.

The staff was a little unpleasant. I dealt with 2 different staff members during my stay and neither of them seemed to enjoy working there because there were no smiles or any type of conversation. Both seemed to be more interested in their phones as one had TikTok open when checking in and the other having her ear phones on while working. Overall not a very customer service friendly experience.

Super disappointed, online pictures are misleading and not worth the price.

The property is under renovation and looked terrible! I almost canceled our reservation upon arrival. I was shocked at the condition of the property. The pool and sun deck area looked like a bomb went off, debris and trash everywhere, landscaping was all tore up, grass and weeds were out of control and no where to walk your dog without trampling through dirt-and tall, wet weeds. Rooms are in desperate need of renovation but it may take sometime based on the progress of grounds. Pool renovation was still not started when we stayed August 2022. Our room overlooked the pool disaster. The pictures really do not capture the devastation. You would have to see it in person to believe it. We paid over $250 for a mid week 2 night stay and could not be more disappointed in the property. The pictures of the hotel online are misleading and false advertising. The property does not look like them at all. The breakfast area pictures online are NOT accurate. Breakfast was subpar. The lobby and breakfast area overlook the pool disaster. Not the best start to a day.

The security of the property is also a concern. NONE of the exterior doors allow reentry to the building. They are all not working so you have to walk all the way around the building and can only gain access using the front lobby door. The back door of the building was propped open with rocks and sticks several times during our stay allowing anyone with OR without a key access to the entire building. This door is also severely warped and almost impossible to close on a super humid day due to swelling. We tried. The stairwell where this back door is located smelled like marijuana one of the days we were there. We never saw security or an employee walk the building and make rounds. There were several different people hanging out in the parking lot for hours at all hours of the day and night with their windows down and engines off. We saw two different women hanging in the parking lots by themselves for an extended amount of time. One in the back parking lot and one on the side. The price we paid did not match the subpar accommodations we received.
