The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Nothing except it was close to where I needed to be.

It smelled awful, like a musty smell. The carpet was patched, the comforter had several holes, there were bugs in the refrigerator and the mattresses were old and uncomfortable.

If we hadn't been so tired, we would not have stayed at this hotel.

Did not have breakfast because we left too early.

I booked a King bed room but was given a two double bed room. one bed in the room was broken so that if you sat on the edge of the bed, the bed would tilt causing you to fall on the floor,

Make sure you have skills to deal with racist misogyny.

I didn't like anything. I was harassed from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Substance abusers, prostitutes and immigrants are living in these hotels. When they see an African American, they presume you're a prostitute and start pandering for sex. Most of the staff are immigrants. They condone and support the behavior as a part of their discriminatory harassment.

I didn't like anything. The immigrant mongruls started their harassment as soon as I arrived, including people following me on two separate occasions, and someone calling three times after 2 am calling and breathing into the phone and making noises. The person at the desk at the time, Dedrick, was totally focused on being an immigrant and arguing with me about my response to their entitlement and sexual harassment. One of the maids, a black woman who had harassed me the prior day, called up pretending to the be the manager and told me to come to the desk with my stuff. I went to the desk, and the manager, Bryan, was there, angry and agitated calling me crazy and told I had 30 minutes to leave. I told him to call the police. I filed a police report and checked-out at check-out time.

Not enough food choices coffee ran out .

Tissues in room never replaced when out coffee in room never replaced. .maids. Didn't speak English so you couldn't communicate with them.. soda machine didn't work.

There was no clock and I couldn't set the alarm to wake up. I had to rely on my phone but the charge was low. I was in room 217 (Mahwah NJ). I was going to report this when I checked out but the wasn't an attendant at the time.

Very good for stop on a long travel

The suite with the arcade games was realky the highlight ... a good stop for the night and pursue on our travel. Room clean and good reception.

Basic breakfast but there is a Mc Donald next door if you are looking for a more complete experience

Bad experience for my first time going to New Jersey and staying in a hotel.

It was affordable and a good location. Let me check in after midnight.

Didn't give me the room I booked and when I asked I was told they gave my room to someone else so I was stuck with a double bed room which isn't what I booked. Room was never cleaned the whole time we stayed, didn't even get clean towels,wash clothes and they didn't change the garbage in the room. Also it was supposed to be coffee 24hrs and that wasn't the case either. There was never anyone at the front desk either. The phone didn't work in my room, the heater didn't work, and neither did the fan on the air conditioner unit. It smelled like weed in the hallway.

The guy at the front desk, Ray was amazing. it was his second day and he was not properly trained but figured things out. His boss was not available and blocked his calls. not acceptable at all

convenientlys located near the turnpike, but the swim hours were not convenient, 10 am to 1030 pm

convenient to the highway

the pool was open from 10 am to 1030 pm. I woke up in the am wanting to swim before my drive home and I went to use the pool and was told I could not go in because someone has to come and check the chemicals. I was only there one night and in the evening when I went to check out the pool there was a mentally challenged guy there who was staring at me so I didn’t want to swim. I had just done a 56 mile bike race and being able to swim would have helped me for my recovery.
