Disappointed - The service at the hotel was not up to standard for a luxury hotel.

Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly at check-in. Good location.

The front desk staff was very rude at checkout - I voiced a concern about the room being hot overnight (although the thermostat was set on 65), no regular coffee or condiments in the room, and let them know that a dresser drawer was pulled completely out and would not close causing a hazard in the room. For the high price, we expected much better!

The cold water know on the sink did not work so no cold water. Only hot. The drain in the tub was partially clogged and in less than 2 minutes in the shower I was in standing water

It was too expensive for the service we received. We will not stay there again..

it was convenient to the wedding we were attending

staff was not competent. Assigned a room that was occupied. Had to reset the room keys several times. Drains in sink and bathtub were clogged.

A miserable experience and I will not be staying there ever again! Want money back!

The bed was horrible, no sleep at all! Actually left the hotel at 6am to get out of there and head home for rest and a clean shower! The room was gross and dirty!

I like the conscience to everything

mainly the room, our shower didn’t drain, we didn’t have hot water. a staff member told us we parked in the correct lot so they took our ticket and gave us a swipe card when we were in fact in the incorrect lot. so I paid $15 to the hotel for parking then an additional $25. the man who checked us in wasn’t pleasant in the least bit

I would stay there for the next convention.

The location to the convention center was close and a very easy short walk. Check in was fast and helpful. Parking was very convenient and covered. Overall it was a very good stay there were a few items that were brought to the attention of the staff and they were corrected in a prompt manner. The customer service at check out was very professional, quick, courteous.

That I had to ask for items that should not have been over looked.

Overall a great stay. We were there for a convention and enjoyed the room and location.

The room was amazing. Very spacious. The hotel was in a great location.

We couldn't find a do not disturb sign for the door, so the first day housekeeping came in when we didn't want them too. The next day was checkout and housekeeping tried to come in an an hour before checkout and then 30 mins before checkout. It felt very intrusive since we were trying to get our stuff together and get dressed. We could hear them doing the same thing to the rooms next to us. Could housekeeping at least wait until checkout time before attempting to barge in?

Pleasant stay.

Location is great and we were to walk everywhere. The employees were helpful. Our bed was comfy and the temperature of the room was great. (We like it cold)

Our bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Found small hairs on the toilet. The pillows are awful. They’re very squishy with little support. Bring your own.

I’d stay there again

Fantastic location. Loved the convenience of the parking deck directly under the facility. Lobby area was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Super comfortable bed and pillows

There was a little bit of rust or grime in the bathroom, around the safety bar. The card I was given to swipe for parking did not work

Decent accommodations and great location in the heart of Raleigh

Great location in the heart of downtown Raleigh! Decent and standard accommodations for a classic hotel brand.

Not much bad to say, they don't have continental breakfast so just be mindful of this if you are a hotel breakfast person.
