Really nice set up for relaxing but also good for getting some work done!

Clean, quiet and perfect location for attending Red Hat concert

The night shift clerk and security guards were unhelpful. Couldn’t find my key to get in after hours(post concert). Wouldn’t let us in or compromise to find a solution. Rental cop was lazy and not worth your money. I could see the clerk was friendly; however, he was irritated with us (post concert shenanigans) and mocked us/me. We won’t stay again. Sorry

My stay was clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The property is very close to the Red Hat Amphitheater, which is why I chose it. My room was clean and very comfortable. It felt like home away from home. I like how the property is decorated. The breakfast served was delicious. I like how the kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee pot and dishwasher were easy to use. The desk workspace included is very nice for those who have to bring work with them on leisure trips.

Not all the trash cans in my room had liners in them. When housekeeping visited to tidy my room, they forgot to replace our washcloths. These are small inconveniences, but considering how pricey the room was, I wish the attention to detail had been better.

Exceptional

Spacious, clean rooms, convenient to Red Hat Amphitheater. Food and drinks were wonderful at the restaurants in the hotel. Parking in the attached parking garage was an added bonus. Will stay here again.

I loved the hotel being so close to the Red Hat Amphitheater was only a 1 block walk to the concert I also really enjoyed the rooftop bar great place to have a few drinks and have great conversation with exceptional views the room was also comfy and clean.

I didn't think the breakfast buffet was great as what was on the website.

Clean, quick check in. Easily accessable, good breakfast. Dog friendly.

Booked the room for $248 for 1 night. Pet fee is $150 plus tax which is outrageous. Between that and paying for parking it made my bill go from $248 to $590 for 1 single night which is insane

The place was absolutely gorgeous really can’t complain!

Everything! We were there for a night for a concert. It was the perfect location for Red Hat! Loved it and hope we can stay there and attend concerts there in the future!!

Facility was clean. Close to everything. Staff was polite. Room was everything we needed and more. Loved the streaming options on the tv. Loved that the parking was included and it had easy access to the hotel.

I feel like the breakfast could of had a Turkey meat option. We don't eat pork, so there were a few items that we could not enjoy.

Did not like the parking situation. There was something going on Saturday night at the venue across the street which shared the parking garage. Absolute nightmare to park after we came back from dinner.

My stay was awesome spent 4 days with family for a wedding enjoy the beautiful city of Raleigh. I was just not impressed

the location was awesome, the restaurant and roof top bar was awesome, the staff was incredible.

the hot water in the room was not good. it was like warm at best the whole time there.

The staff at this location is amazing. Everyone we spoke with was kind and helpful above expectation

The breakfast was great. A nice selection for hot food and grab and go! Also being open early on the weekend for the volleyball tournament was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly!!

I requested a room away from the elevators and were we given room 322 directly at the elevator. The toilet in our bathroom had not been clean and had a very dirty bowl that was not our mess. The showers are half exposed and very cold. Not a good concept for staying warm in a shower.
