Very good

Proximity to bar & local restaurants. Pool, hot tub.

We all got super Itchy after using the pool. On the first floor you can feel and hear everything from the second floor. The beds were comfortable.

I would not stay there again or recommend it to other people

The room was clean but nothing special for the price

The pool area needs to be repainted and updated. It cost us an extra $30 to have our room by 1 instead of 3. When we can back to get into the room early most of the rooms had already been cleaned . There was no Wi-Fi.

There was ample on-site parking

The on-line reviews indicated nothing but happy guests that commented 9n how comfortable and clean their rooms were. Our room smelled of cigarettes and the air conditioner didn't turn off after pressing the power button so we unplugged it from the outlet. The room was handicap accessible but we are not handicapped.

Great Option

Location was nice and price was decent in relation to other lodging in the area but entire area is overpriced. We weren't there long enough to use the pool but it looked really nice. The backdrop is beautiful too. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Overpriced. Room was in need of small repairs here and there, for example the bathroom window screen.was a little must upon entering but just needed air to run a bit.

The location is off the freeway which was great.

The air conditioning was horrible especially with the warmer days . The shower is not configured correctly and the room had a smell to it.

The room was very modern, updated and clean and it also had a very pretty pool area and close parking.

Convenient and affordable for area.

The only thing that I didn’t like but was aware of was the very thin walls. everything else with good. beds were comfy.

Very basic rooms. Lower quality lodging.

Quite, AC worked well.

Older facility. No breakfast. VERY basic room. Dim lighting. Main desk lamp was broken. Mold growing on bathroom window.

Noisy neighbors and paper thin walls. And... the place was virtually empty, so why put people right next to each other, especially if one is noisy and staying up until 2am ?!

There was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the rooms. the front desk had none. the electrical outlets were old and worn out and would not hold a cube or charger. the beds were uneven and felt very flimsy.

Not a shabby stay.

I liked it was in town. Lots of things near by. Felt like a safe area to sleep.

There's no USB ports to charge your devices.

Great location and bang for your buck!

Really can't beat the location, and therefore, the bang for your buck for this hotel. It's right there on the strip of hotels on Monterrey St., an easy 10-15 minute walk from downtown. And because it's not right there in down town, it's isn't overtly pricey. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The only knock on the place is that the walls (at least in our room) were a bit thin. The first night we were there, the room above us was at capacity and it felt like we were sleeping under a circus. They weren't being particularly loud or throwing a party, you could just hear every step they took and the occasional murmuring. Later in our stay a couple stayed above us and it was still noticeably loud. This wouldn't be a deal breaker, though.

Too expensive for the hotel itself

The rooms are loud. Cleaning ladies son running up and down the top floor. Opening doors to rooms while we in the room. Also the man next door literally sat on a chair outside the door and smoked. He was literally smoking in the room and our room.

overall it was a pretty nice hotel and the area was good. a lot of things where close by

We could park anywhere on the property. The area was pretty nice and quite.

The beds where uncomfortable ☹️
