A perfect place to stay in San Luis Obispo.

LaCuesta Inn was an outstanding choice. It is easily accessible from Highway 101, exceptionally clean, and the room had every amenity. The room was modern, artistic and spacious. Breakfast had something for everyone’s taste. We definitely want to return.

Positioned at the top of Monterey Street adjacent to US101 this hotel was quiet and comfortable with no traffic noise at all, even though our room was on the back facing US101. The room itself included a small balcony, was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the shower room more than adequate in size and facilities provided. Parking was also available and easy. There are a limited number of restaurants nearby, but, with only a 15 - 20 minute walk into the historic downtown area there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was continental in the main with pancakes and toast providing the only hot options.

very comfortable room. very clean. whereas the hotel is almost ON the highway, there is no noise at night. breakfast, albeit simple, is complementary. good wifi.
