Would say here again

Staff was really nice, room was comfortable and spacious, there was a little breakfast in the reception in the morning and a restaurant downstairs.

The only thing that was not good was that the shower water takes a very long time to heat up. I had to leave it on for over 5 min until it started to warm up, what is very wasteful.

Cozy cottage but don’t expect much from the service

The location is next to the main skiing slope. The house was small but cozy cottage style

The property was not clean and the bath and towels were old and looked brownish. The wifi didn’t work at all and when we asked to fix the front desk guy promised to fix it but it’s out of service the whole time

sehr erholsamer kurzer Aufenthalt in ruhigem Hotel

Sehr ordentliche Unterkunft. Vielleicht nicht gleich außergewöhnlich, aber empfehlenswert. Unerwartet Frühstück to go bekommen. Liegt direkt neben Skilift. Gutes Essensangebot.

Quiet and comfortable

The breakfast was nice. The staff was very friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The AC works great. There was the right amount of towels for the amount of guests in our room. There was Wifi & Cable TV. The balcony was nice.

We came back from the lake in need of showers and there was no hot water. It was ice cold. The phone in the room did not work. The room was a little run down. The bathroom door was cracked and peeling at the bottom. Looked a little like mold where people would hang their towels on the bathroom door. Staff goes home at night so if there's a problem you're out of luck until morning.

Hôtel au calme et bien équipé. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Petit déjeuner possible en take away. Style charmant. Bien équipé et lits confortables.

L'hôtel aurait besoin d'une petite rénovation mais c'est un détail car notre séjour a été très appréciable.

Guter Startpunkt für den Yosemite Nationalpark

Wir haben auf der Durchreise von Las Vegas zum Yosemite Nationalpark eine Nacht hier übernachtet. Die Austria Hof Lodge liegt am oberen Ende von Mammoth Lakes mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Berge & den Wald. An der Unterkunft gibt es ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war super freundlich & hilfsbereit und hat uns noch einige tolle Tipps für den Yosemite Nationalpark gegeben. Den Parkeingang erreicht man in ca. 45 min. Fahrtzeit. Da wir früh (gegen 5:30 Uhr) zum Nationalpark aufgebrochen sind, haben wir das Frühstück nicht genutzt und können dazu nichts sagen :-).

Hotel en un entorno impresionante. Habitación amplia y cómoda, con salida a un balcón que une todas las habitaciones con una zona con jacuzzi. En la planta inferior cuentan con un restaurante y un bar muy bien ambientado y en el que cenamos muy a gusto.

The manager did, at lease, move our reservation from the third floor down to the first which was an upgrade at no additi

The registration begins on the first floor. There are no elevators. The only way to get there is to go up about 25 stairs. There is one handicapped parking space, which I took. However, there is no handicap entrance. I’m recovering from both hips being replaced and having to use the massive stairs, especially at this altitude, was more than exhausting. We were informed when we arrived that they have bears and we needed to bring in anything with a scent, including hand lotion. We did our best, but had to leave our ice chest in our truck bed under locked cover. Hopefully, our truck will be ok. But there was no one to help us. There is no a/c and we opened the window and there is no screen so mosquitoes come in. The toilet is so very low I have to turn sideways and grip the sink to pull myself up.

right at the chair lift and they have ski lockers and you can park for free even after you checkout so you can ski after your check out

not enough parking and dated rooms and you have to smell the restaurant exhaust when you walk in/out the lobby or if in a room above exhaust . only one restaurant and it’s downstairs which is convenient but it’s over priced .. we paid $100. for two salads and a pretzel.

Most horrible stay in over 50 stays I've been to in 2022!

Nothing at all. Place was a complete scam masquerading as a 3 star hotel

No wifi. Rooms were shabby. Even the phone unit was not working even at check in. Instead of fixing any of this, the receptionist was suggesting that the wifi was just complimentary and hence not guaranteed, the phone might need some wiring which he asked us to do. I had important work to do while traveling and there was no way to get that done since there was no wifi and no cell service either. The receptionist was rude and came up with trash stories of how everything in the hotel was connected to the "cloud" and hence he could not reset the network. Unable to get my work done, I asked politely if we could check out within 30 min of arriving at the hotel because of the situation and we were flatly and rudely told we could use the library or the pool and the hotel wasn't responsible for fixing the issues. Even the booking.com representative was frustrated with the receptionist. Absolutely horrible stuff for a so called 3 star hotel. Ruined our Christmas completely while also charging my wallet Would never stay or recommend anyone to stay here because of the horrible behavior of the receptionist.
