Very good
Nothing not to like

Size of room was good. Everything was good in room.
The whole building was dirty, trash everywhere. It smelled really bad. The elevator was jumping and most of the time down. There was a tenant cooking fried chicken with door open that made the whole floor smell like grease. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner of this establishment. Will never stay there again.
2.5
close to restaurants and shopping
room wasn’t cleaned, non working devices and it was hot

The hotel is in a great area. it is near restaurants and Walmart is down the road
not at all clean! we had a broken beer in our freezer! hair in the tub. The sheets were stained! hallways were full of trash on floor. The website pictures are not what it is like there

The staff was very friendly
the property elevators was not working, i told the front desk staff I have 2 really bad knees her response don’t we all have bad knees but I was serious, since the elevator was not working I should of gotten a room on the first floor, then to top it off the stair way stink of piss, if the elevator not working why didn’t maintenance clean the stair since you would be having more traffic there hmm? then when am checking out there was a different card on file and the girl want to know why waiting for her manager to get off the phone which she never did finally she told the manager what the issue is and the manager told her what to do

Most flooring laminate. Hot water OK. HVAC working. Kitchenette reasonable but totally lacking in essentials expected for an "extended stay" place, like not even a fork. Smallish but full size icebox very nice. Elevator worked.
Requested "handicapped" accommodations for handicapped wife with first floor preferred. Booking.com confirmed that response from the property was they could arrange and there would be no extra charge. Desk mgr instead assigned 4th floor room, a long way from elevator. Upon re-requesting, clerk declared they had NO handicapped rooms available and had not had any all day, and there was no 1st floor or room closer to elevator. Note that facility has about 6 handicapped parking spaces, and they were ALL empty except for the one we used! Clerk also declared that there was NO request received for handicap accommodations.
Further comments: Bed too hard and not very comfortable. Room somewhat noisy (not from other guests). Furniture in dis-repair (both chairs in room). Carpet in hall was totally disgusting. Building only approachable from one side as yellow tapes were strung up on other side.
The free "grab and go breakfast" was the most pathetic so-called breakfast ever experienced. Hot water and decent coffee but nothing to put in it and forget de-caf. Lousy granola bars, packets of instant cereal with no bowls or utensils available, and some tasteless wrapped mini-muffins. About the cheapest possible offering.

Yes, the coffee was good. The morning staff girl was most charming.
I've been reading other reviews and I am most disappointed in them. They said there was weed on the premises... I personally found no evidence of that, and I assure you that it was not from lack of looking. I had to drive all the way to Tampa for a bag of Luke Skywalker. Heck, come to think about it, maybe the other reviewers were talking smack about me!
Anyway, I paid for the LS with the money I saved by booking a night at Extended Stay.

Great customer service.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was a nice size for one person. The television has hdmi slots for a "firestick." The alarm clock has an USB plug. For guess safety all food deliveries are received in the lobby.
The list posted at the front desk will make you want to cancel before you register. I realize a point is trying to be made about respecting the sheets. That point made me buy new sheets for the stay and disinfectant cleaner for the room. The air conditioner filters were extremely dirty.
I was uninformed of the elevator being out of service during checking in. The free WI-FI is only for email if you require faster internet there is a fee.
2.5
The only reason we stayed after we saw the room was because nothing else was available.
The room wasn't very clean and there is was damage to the door. We could hear other guest moving about, arguing and going in and out their rooms. I didn't sleep the second night at all. I heard another guest complaining as well. Then as we were leaving the elevator was out of order and I am disabled.

The arrangement of the studio apt was excellent. There was plenty of storage. Bed was very comfortable.
The room smelled musty; there was leak in kitchen sink that was repaired at our request, but it had been leaking for awhile. Maintenance was weak. Entrances need painting and repair. Elevator has been out 5 days in my 30 days stay, I am handicapped so this was a big inconvenience.
