Wouldn’t stay here again.

Right off rt. 40. Plenty of parking.

Walls are paper thin! You can hear everything your neighbors are doing/listening to/watching. EVERYTHING! Rooms are very small. Only got about 3 hours of sleep because the person in the next room was so loud.

Friendly check in clerk.

Located next to noisy interstate. Cabinet doors broken & hanging. . Refrigerator leaking on floor. Very sparse breakfast, no coffee left at 6:40 am.

Ii will never book this brand hotel or with Priceline/booking.com again.

I booked 2 queens with a sleper sofa to sleep 5 people. when I arrived I had 1 full and a sofa. Had to pay for a 2nd room. Breakfast was non existant. coffee, bread, maybe fruit.

met my needs, was clean but next to interstate so was noisy.

breakfast had some variety & was better than my last choice of hotel in Jackson. nothing hot like eggs bacon or sausage just cold cereal oatmeal or waffles. had bananas.

would have liked a hot breakfast. did have oatmeal. cracker barrel is next door so that was a plus.

Exceptional

I liked that it was clean and the staff was really nice. I also like that the hotel was near a few good places to eat and shop.

I didn't like the fact that even after you make your payment online you have to pay extra money once you get there and don't get it back.

it was so noisy! We could hear everything going on in the rooms beside us. We got no sleep. The breakfast was no appealing. The ice machine was filthy. It has trash in the tray of it.

We are grateful and appreciate the kindness of the staff. Stay was comfort.

The tv set was really messed up horizontal hold running, fuzzy and remote was missing battery cover so tape was used. They better locks on the doors. Good stay thnx

The floor my room was on smelled strong of weed and incense. Seen a roach on the wall in my room but only that one.

Stay elsewhere.

Horribly loud. Could hear right through the walls. Fans in bathrooms and lights made noise even. So close to highway, it’s practically impossible to sleep. Breakfast supposed to be from 6-9. By 7:45 nothing available. Only vending available is soda.

great location comfy beds but rude staff

the beds where comfortable

the managment, the person checked us in threw my car multiple times and the staff was rude. they locked us out our room and anytime we came out the room or did anything they stood in the hallways and watched us the whole time.

I was pleased with the hotel and it's locations. The staff was friendly and very welcoming and helpful.

I wish there was breakfast available. Made for long days and more money spent having to travel farther to get food for breakfast.
