Location & shower facilities overrode mattress concerns.ess

The shower faciliies in the disabilty room were excellent.

Sleeping on the mattress was like laying on bedsprings. Made consistent sleep time problematic, which is at the core of a travelers needs.

Personnel très sympa et accueillant, établissement bien situé !

Odeur très désagréable de cigarette dans la chambre, et établissement très bruyant à cause de la route situé à proximité. Nous ne nous sommes pas reposé de toute la nuit… Nous avons pourtant fait d’autres motels situés près de certains axes routiers mais celui ci était vraiment désagréable

Bom hotel às margens da rodovia 101, próximo a Santa Bárbara

Bom hotel ao lado da rodovia 101, a poucas milhas da região central de Santa Bárbara; quartos pequenos, porém confortáveis; banheiro grande e chuveiro bom; café (preto) disponível na recepção pela manhã.

Quarto muito pequeno; barulho de limpeza do jardim logo cedo; custo elevado pela qualidade do serviço e localização; recepcionista pouco receptiva no checkin (não deu informações sobre localização do quarto, nem sobre o café disponível na recepção pela manhã).

The stay was okay. Dennis didn't make reservations. You guys always get it wrong!!! Reservations ar.

I know Carpinteria so this is why I chose motel 6.

There's no dislike right now. Well my room is always by the freeway, but I dealt with it. I still gets my sleep. Reservations are always in my name not Dennis. My name is Darlene Hardeman Williams. They always do that. Next time get the name right please.

Great until check out.

The staff member who checked us in was wonderful. The accommodations were fine.

I was charged for an additional night. My son left the property at 10:55 by Uber. Christina who was working on that Friday stated that my son was told at 1145a that he would be charged for another night and he said it was ok. I asked her to describe my son and her description was completely off. She said she went into the room and saw his belongings, which is impossible because I have the Uber ride information in a screenshot and it shows that he was picked up at 1054and dropped off near Milpas street in Santa Barbara at 1112a. WShe was quite rude and told that someone called me and warned me about the charge. No call was made. I asked for the charge to be reversed and was told that she followed policy. For the record this policy was not communicated to me at check in, nor was it on my paperwork. To this date, I have not received a call from the manager or a refund. Because of this, I cannot recommend your hotel at all.

Just vibing

Definitely not quiet at all....heard music all night. But it completely understandable..people are on vacation they wanna have fun. . .music didn't bother me...I knew what I was in for. ...a motel is what u rent to only sleep in while u spend all day sightseeing, eating and swimming at local beaches.

Only thing I would change is the size of the towels...they small ! :) lol...I. a chunki person...I know everyone is fit that lives near the beach...but my fat ass really needed a proper size towel....other than that..great vacation spot

Friendly staff quick check in and check out. The location was near what we were doing. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels.

Was only offered rooms on second or third floor we choose 2nd floor because they don't have an elevator so you got to hike all your stuff up those flights. Was kinda miffed also where she put us there is no parking anywhere near the room so no elevator and now a trek from the parking lot. The pillows and the bed were like rocks not everyone likes extra firm every thing. The bathroom vent was very noisy like it's on its last leg. The rooms are so small the 2 beds were almost touching each other differently not designed for 2 full size beds. I have stayed at many motel 6 locations and this was the smallest by far. The funny thing was the bathroom was huge it could have been half the size and made the bed area bigger.

Disappointing

There is no hair dryer in the room. Called front desk and they told me there's no more hair dryer in stock and that I can try ask again tomorrow morning. Was assigned a room facing freeway which can be really noisy overnight, so if you prefer a quiet room ask for a room facing inward to the yard.

Cheap, had all the basic amenities, friendly reception staff.

Found 2 cockroaches and the room was extremely hot and musty when we first opened the door. It felt like something had been cooking in there for a while. Had to air room out first before it felt comfortable to be inside.

Very basic Motel 6

Very basic rooms, functional but clean, no hairdryer. No warm water in sink and shower. Asked front desk for a refund but she wanted to ask the Manager and he should call me back. But nothing happened, disappointing customer care.
