We wanted a place close to the river. We loved the location. We wanted a place smoke-free. It was nice that there was not gambling in the hotel.
We didn't like paying for parking. We thought that it should be included in the price of the room.

The spa
Homeless camps. Load music across the river and loud exhaust fan out my window

wish they had 2 bed room options.
6.0 / 10.0
Bed was very comfortable, nice linens.
Front desk reception very friendly and helpful.
Failed window made great view impossible to see.
Maid entered room without knocking.
Air conditioning vent blew directly on one bed making it impossible to sleep in that bed. It would’ve been nice to have an extra blanket in the room.
no bathtub.
Way too dark in room. Insufficient lighting.
overpriced parking.

nicely done, room nice , plenty to do recreation wise
the website said it had jetted tub in the mini suite, it wasn’t true, it was my wife anniversary so I now she like jetted tubs, so I chose this room, also I ask for chocolate covered strawberries, didn’t get them but some other sweets, also the champagne came really late so no surprises there, also there isn’t room service. I was charged $50 a day for 3 days was supposed to be refunded at check out, it didn’t happen, the manager never gave me the breakdown bill. I did receive a $100 discount , because the jetted tub was disconnected in all the rooms, but wasn’t mentioned on the description, so the total was to be $150 plus 100 = 250. I tried to call back but always left on hold a few times or just hung up on, and this is supposed to be a 4star hotel more like 3 .

Bed is amazing. Cleanliness of room amd entire hotel. The boutique style instead of hustle of the larger hotels around.
#1 priority in deciding where to stay in Reno was the fact hubby was a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. After a long trip, long evening out, to attempt to use the tub - to find it is not functioning. None of the buttoms to operate the tub worked. In fact, the module can be lifted and wires were exposed.
There were no bathrobes in the room either.
The desk was too narrow to set a laptop ontop for work.

we stayed because the highway to Lake Tahoe was closed. then on our way out we stayed a second night because of how positive our experience was.

I choice because dog friendly
I don’t think it’s welcome Dogs because they let’s feel dogs are troublesome. And asking clean restroom at noon but no body care till night and we needed to call again repeatedly for service.

The room was very nice and comfortable.
When I was checking in I asked the person to see if I qualified for AAA discount and all he could tell me that I should have added it when I reserved the room instead of asking me how he could add it or better customer service.

Location was good, staff was very friendly.
Eggs Benedict were terrible, wifi internet should be free as the cost of the room was high. Found hair in the shower before I took one.tile missing from wall, laminate coming off bathroom base cabinet.

the bed and linens were so comfortable. The room was large and well decorated. We lived staying here!
The hot tub was closed. The bathroom floors can get very slick and the towel rack was far always from the shower.
