We didn't stay disgusting the little spots is stains and roaches

This was the worst place ever, roaches, stains on bed, covers, the mattress pad was showing. Should be banned from staying there. They gave us a heater when we got there. I just wanted a hot shower and a place to rest my head cause our water heater was out. The place was not a place anyone should stay. We didn't stay in that room 5 mins I was mortified and I have pictures.. I can't believe y'all wouldn't give someone there money back it's bazzling

I will never stay there again. Very unclean. Also, there was just a portable air conditioner. That did not work very wel

No Wi-Fi no toilet paper no breakfast as advertised there were bugs crawling everywhere and flying everywhere. I had to leave and get a room somewhere else.

Nightmare

I liked nothing. The room was horrible with a very bad smell it was a nightmare for me. I can't recommend it.

I booked online with Book.com, I called the hotel before getting there, and they told me that they had to refund me because there was no room for me. I was so upset they gave me a dirty room with cocroaches everywhere 😩 I had a terrible headache because I kept on waking up by noises around the facility

Tv didn't work but on only one channel,couldn't change it,no wifi like the sign says.

Disappointing

The room was clean but no refrigerator and all my food went bad witch can't replace Love the Laundry idea was expecting a pool

No pool Some cleaning Staff was rude Night front desk lady was awesome No refrigerator all and only food went bad .room was to much for low quality I'm thinking discount for Tomorrow with a frisge

It was so bad we left night before and risked getting in an accident from being tired

Room was clean, no heat, no hot water, they should have not been open renting rooms out with no heat or hot water.

Hospitality is lost at most places but not here

Honestly, the warm welcome I received. That set the tone for my time I'll be spending here. Friendliness goes a long way.

Don’t stay here!

Front desk was nice

I got attacked by bed bugs and want my money back. I was the 1st tenant in the room after a long term tenant had stayed there that apparently was a slob and gave me bed bugs, according to front desk.

The Manger was very honest and forthwright. She told me to take a look at the room before we checked in. I did and told her I did not want to stay there. She was very professional, said she understood,offered me a full refund and we left. I booked through booking.com. They were not honest in their description of the place. Will NOT use them again>

Everything. This was a very rundown place that was mostly rented by the week or month. This should be removed from your list.

Absolutely nothing

Unless you’re a meth addict this is NOT the place you want to stay. I travel all over the country for work and this is the worst excuse of a motel I’ve ever stayed at. No refrigerator, no heat or air, can’t even lock your room because the windows don’t lock. Absolute horror fest
