Was very disappointed in are stay. There was one staff named Colton that went out of his to help us.very polite young man. Lobby was very pretty
The staff not having breakfast ready till after 8 on Saturday. Nobody showed up for breakfast or housekeeping on Sunday. we had to go get food out. The pools paint was pealing off in the pool. The pool needed cleaned and maintenance. Lots of dirt and stuff on bottom of the pool. The pop machine had been broken into, and parts were all over the floor and not picked up. Are key cards did not work half the tim, and had to have them reset 3 different times. Will not stay there next year or recommend them at all.

The dining area was FILTHY! Breakfast was not ready until almost 7 instead of 6 a.m. as was told to us. They were out of almost everything.

The location was convenient to get to and was located in a nice little town with many restaurants/stores nearby. The bedding was clean and I was refreshed with new towels each day I was there.
When I arrived, I was given my keys and I went to my room. I noticed that it was two queens instead of a king room so I went up to ask. They said that they were running low on king rooms so I said that I was fine with the queen room since I would not be upcharged. When I looked online, there were plently of king rooms available for that night so I was confused as to why I was moved to a different room when I had booked a month in advance. I was not satisfied with the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel. The carpets in the hallway and going up the stairs were dirty, the hotel room needed to be dusted/counters wiped off, and there was a broken outside door that needed to be fixed where I parked my car and went in. I left for the morning on Saturday and when I arrived back my key would not work. I went to the front and they told me that sometimes they lose their magnetization. This made me extremely nervous because I was staying there the following night and was attending a wedding by myself.

Super Clean, Nice Rooms
Small issues, but New Manager was working on them

The staff there was great
We booked 2 rooms with king beds, got 2 rooms 2 queen beds. The hotel had a bad smell as soon as we entered. The key for the doors we next to impossible to use. The front desk had to come open them for us. The indoor pool was all green and under maintenance, as were the door locks for the room doors. The elevator was broke. The main entrance door was super hard to push open. Being on the second floor with a toddler, suite case, and an older mother was tough, to say the least.

Staff tried very hard but honestly, I don’t think it should be offered because it’s so bad. Staff tried to find me a room without mold but the one with updated air conditioner smelled sour and was nasty
You could really tell new ownership, and new management is trying to make it better, but really, it should be shut down until they’re remodeling has been completed
Terrible mold and because they were power washing the pool area it smelled of bleach in the lobby area. I had to double medicate myself and use my inhaler while I was there. What we were charged was much higher than what your website posted.

The location was good.
We stayed on a Saturday night and Sunday morning-NO Breakfast at all!!! The place was eerie! It smelled, and no one was staying there supposedly because its being renovated. I'm not so sure about that. The price was over $100 and is maybe worth paying $50 for a nights stay. Honestly, go somewhere else.

The pool and gym were closed. Check out was at 11 am. Beginning prior to 10 am the cleaning staff began slamming doors in the adjoining rooms. At 1015 am a hotel employee knocks on the door asking is there anything I need before I checkout. Really?
As I was leaving the room to checkout at 1030 a hotel employee is outside the room waiting to enter my room.
Additionally, the front curb alongside the front door was littered with cigarette butts. The first thing you see as you enter the hotel.
The room is nice and the breakfast was good.
This hotel has possibilities, but needs better management.

The bedding was clean. There was plenty of parking.
When I walked in a strong chlorine smell hit me in the face. The elevator was out of order. The snack bar was non existent. The pool was closed for maintenance. The first room I was given had not been cleaned and the couch bed wasn't put together. The second room I got had a non draining sink. I went to the free breakfast area and the entire waffle table was out of order. Let's just say I was very glad I only stayed for a night and didn't depend on using any extras.

Besides no hot water, hotel met expectations.
No hot water. Hotel was aware of issue but night staff said it just takes awhile to warm up. Next morning was told hot water was indeed not working and we'd have a price adjustment. Hopefully that will happen.

Loved coming to this hotel since Sam Butcher had built it back in the day. Definitely not the same but still a good place to stay.
The breakfast seems to get less and less. Didn't have any bagels, bread, rolls or muffins in packages and only sugared cereal.
