Location, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, Quiet time
One shelf didn't fit refrigerator. Previous used coffee grounds left in pot, only one days regular coffee, and no coffee creamer. Didn't have complementary coffee in lobby and not enough carts

Please oil the terrace door in room 406! 😀

The restaurant was very good. Staff was irritated at questions, rooms were just so-so, and price was pretty steep.
See last question.

I liked the closeness to the pool.
The room had several flies. Had to buy a flyswatter to get rid of them all. Wished the couch was more comfortable.

I had a boardroom along with my room for a birthday party and the hospitality from the moment we walked in was unmeasured, bank you!
everything was great!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, we love that each room has a private balcony. By far our favorite place to stay at the lake area. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Lodge.
I don't have anything negative to say.

Old Kinderhook is our favorite place to stay in the Ozarks. Walter is always so friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean, facility is excellent.
Nothing. Everything was great.

First trip without kids in a decade and this lodge did not disappoint. The on-site restaurants are delicious and service is friendly, facilities are clean. Golf is excellent. Love the proximity to everything, especially the amphitheater for the concert we attended.

Pretty property if you like golf. Our room faced parking lot so disappointed we had no view as depicted in publicity shots. The high point was meeting a waitress, Becky, at the Trophy Room who was friendly and interested in our visit. Greeting staff were ok but not welcoming. Walked away when we went to check in.
It was nice on the outside but rooms were so-so. Could have stayed for half cost at another hotel for the amenities. Free coffee only in the morning. No masks anywhere!

It says there was live music on Friday nights and there isn't

Location is excellent, right next to the HaHa Tonka state park. Hotel is surrounded with beautiful forest .
This hotel is full with ppl who play Golf and unfortunately that is not our sport . I hope they have other entertainment activities too.

We have been stayed at the lodge numerous times during the last two years. We have always been very happy with the staff, the room and the Trophy Room.
Nothing.
9.0 / 10.0
The staff was exceptionally friendly. The rooms were comfortable, with a great view of the pool and golf course. Meticulously clean. Slightly dated, but VERY well cared for. You can tell that the staff takes pride in their work.
The pools were small, but well maintained (other than the peeling paint in the indoor pool walls). $10 fee for a rollaway cot seemed odd, but understandable given the current inflation.

The grounds were immaculate, and everything was very clean.
The bed could have been more comfortable, and they could give you more than one pillow to sleep on.

The grounds were very well maintained. The staff was always friendly. I will go again!
It was beautiful. I highly recommend this facility.

Staff was great upon our arrival and throughout our stay.
I fainted at the café when we went for breakfast and the staff was super kind and helpful. Particularly a not-so-young gentleman from the staff that acted like an angel!
They also let us borrow a golf cart to go explore the property area. BEAUTIFUL location and property. Also our room had a very nice view. Would definitely stay again any time we visit The Ozarks again!
Unfortunately one of the beds had hair on it and linens did not seem fresh and ironed, which made me feel like there’s probably room for improvement in cleanliness. Luckily we had two beds and we were just one couple so we just stuck to the other one LOL

Beautiful, spacious room overlooking golf course. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Room was dark. Could use more lighting. However, one of the lamps wasn’t working. Breakfast food which we had to buy was not good.

The staff as always was great, great golf course, and the kids love the idea that they could use both pools to include the hot tub.
8.0 / 10.0
It’s a stunning property. Rolling hills and lush grounds.
It was difficult to find. There was little signage to direct our way. Even with the GPS, the ease to find the turn was not good. In the dark, the signs were not lit.

I think for the price there should be breakfast available. Having the golf carts available to the people staying would be nice.
I didn't like that the hot tub was not very hot. There was also a lot of scum on the tiles. There were no towels left in the pool area. Seemed understaffed. I also didn't like that the hook cafe was only open for breakfast and lunch. Traveling with kids does not make it easy to eat at fancier restaurants like the trophy room. Stay was fine but not exceptional for the price.
