In a calm area with easy access at the interstate. Nice room with refridgerator and micro.
The beds were a bit too hard. Difficult to find breakfast in the area.

Everything. The lady who checked us out was AWESOME! Very friendly and smiling.
The young lady who checked us in, with tattoos, was not very welcoming.

It was clean
Would be a nice touch if there was a continental breakfast everyday.

The cleanliness
9.0
The location was perfect and the staff was inviting.
I wish the hotel had more than one washer and dryer. Also, you could only wash clothes from 8:30am-10:30pm, which was inconvenient being we were there for a basketball tournament for a week.

I couldn’t believe how nice this place was, and you don’t pay extra to bring your furry family member with you! I never stay at Red Roof Inn because they are usually not in good condition. This one seemed to be remodeled and updated, and it was very clean. The location was wonderful, and out of the way of any traffic. It was a quiet, country location.

Relatively easy to get to.
The TV channels were terrible. Wasn't a fan of the sink in the bathroom left no counter space.

The price wasn't bad
The hallway smelled like dog and cigarette smoke. The bed was hard as a rock

*I am a woman traveling with 3 teenage girls for a sports tournament*
1.) The male staff harassed me and my kids saying they were ensuring how many people were staying in the room. Talking about fire hazards and other bs that didn’t check out. They made it known they watched our every move on the cameras. When we pulled up after checking in, 3 men came out of the hotel and watched us like hawks. We were all made to feel very uncomfortable to the point that even after paying almost double the price promised we didn’t even ask for more towels (we had 2 in a room for 4 people) & we all had to go to and from the car as a group so I could ensure they were all safe. (Thank God for the 2nd amendment). There were many more instances that happened but in the interest of saving time just giving highlights.
2.) Upon arrival (1 pm) I was told there would be a $20 fee to check in an hour early, even though there were rooms available. So we left went to the games and returned at 5 pm. We checked in and was told I owed MORE money because they only showed one person was staying in the room. I was charged an extra $40 for my kids to stay in the same room as me that I’d reserved and already paid for. total being $140! The only reason we chose this hotel is because it was cheaper, but ended up being more than the nice hotel we’d cancelled reservations for that was close to tournaments, had a inside pool, breakfast & working coffee maker. When I found my itinerary from booking.com, it showed 1 adult and 3 kids. during checkout I informed them they’d made a mistake. they refused to refund my money saying it was booking.com fault & I had to contact them. which doesn’t make sense because booking.com provided what they showed.
4.) I couldn’t advise people any more to NOT stay at this hotel. They will literally try to “fee” you to death especially if you book through a 3rd party. which they admitted is to make up the money they have to pay the 3rd party to get the booking.

This hotel has 5 star service! First of all, Annalise at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, even while working on New Year's Eve. She let me know about the hotel's generous policies: first, guests can pay $20 to check in early. I checked in at 10 am, which gave me the entire day to work in a comfortable environment. Second, pets are allowed and the hotel doesn't charge an extra fee or exorbitant deposit. Lastly, when my plans changed and I needed to cancel the final night of my stay, Annalise refunded me that night, no problem. Such a welcome change from hotels with policies that favor themselves and not the guests! The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I would definitely stay here again.
The coffee ain't great.
