Perfect Location, Comfortable Accommodation

The property is very clean, the staff are very friendly, and the apartment was well equipped. The pool is also a bonus! It’s heated and clean.

The service app was a great touch, but it got confusing - mostly we just wanted regular service for the room (cleaning), but the app doesn’t provide that option. So each day we made of requests on the app and then had to confirm with the front desk that the room would get cleaned. Not a deal breaker, just an extra step that we would’ve liked not have to do.

Limited parking, no shelves inside the shower to put your stuff and very small counter space in the sink. No big sign with the hotel name, so we went by couple times

Wonderful

I loved this property! It’s so close to everything, it’s clean and very comfortable.

There was no hairdryer in my room but maybe I just had to ask. Not a big deal but a hairdryer would be nice.

The rooms were clean.

The rooms were not suited for 3 people which I paid extra for. The 1 bed was hard as a rock I ended up sleeping in my car because there was not room for 3 people. The 1 bed that was there wasnt even a queen bed.

Room was spacious, nicely decorated, free products, loads of storage, had a fridge.

My friend was freezing the whole time as there was a massive gap under the door. The curtains didn’t close properly & 2 of the smaller windows had no curtains or blinds. The shower was luke warm

Ok stay for one night but will not be returning.

Location was great! Bathroom was small but clean. Kitchenette was nice.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on metal springs. The room was very expensive and small.

Over all the room was clean and updated. The staff was really non existent due to what I believe to be winter hours. I had an automated check in.

The place is very noisy. The acoustics suck. I could hear everything from the upstairs room and outside hallway. Most of screens in the windows were ripped or damaged preventing me to open the windows. Which was needed due to the air conditioning not being able to keep up since it was cooler outside.

This is not a place for a family with children. Too many younger groups partying until 3am. They were loud and disrespectful to other guests. when office was called no one answered.

Location, room has updated modern look, large walk in shower, kitchen

Windows do not open/close easily. Bedroom is pretty small. Beds are very small, I don’t think they are queen size which was advertised in the booking. Kitchen didn’t have enough cooking utensils or other things e.g. spatula, cutting board/knives, mixing bowl, colander, etc. Also the Teflon pans were really scratched. It was either too hot or too cold in the room, couldn’t figure out a better setting for the ductless units. No balcony. Barely has a view of the ocean. Price is OK.
