I liked the location and the private bathroom, also the ease of parking with the in and out ability. It was worth the value.
The room I was in needed a furniture upgrade. The room across the hall was certainly nicer and appeared to be more comfortable than my room.

I only liked the location! nothing else!
It’s unbelievable that a hotel like that is located in the heart of Beverly Hills!

Fantastic location, that goes without saying. The room facilities were old outdated and don’t work to the best standard (sink taps in room didn’t let out much water and furniture was very dated). Staff were friendly enough, quite friendly by the end. Check in did seem a little cold but I think that might just be a cultural difference as the lady who runs the place is German and quite direct. After check in she was absolutely lovely! Front of building is lovely and so is the lobby seating it also gets lots of sun to the tables out front
Stain on bed covers, room dates, furniture dates, small shared bathroom, lack of atmosphere

This is a two-star budget hotel with a vintage style. Went in expecting just that, and this is what I got. The facility and the room is fairly clear, but very old. If you're put off by that, this is not the hotel for you. I didn't mind this at all myself, since I was in town for business, and needed a place to sleep during the night only.
I felt like the room floor was not clean. I didn't dare to take my socks off to be honest, and this was my biggest issue. The cleaning staff clearly don't come near some areas in the room, as some of them were not dusted or wiped recently.
The bed sheets, pillow covers, comforters have been reused and washed a lot, and they show their age. I've seen some small stains here and there, but I would say they were fairly clean.
Like most people said, this is a very old facility. The overall aesthetic is vintage and could be considered outdated. The walls, for example, have been repainted hundreds of times over the years, and it shows.

Room stinking of mold, all the bed sheets without being changed, damaged bedroom doors without being able to lock falling pieces, dirty bathrooms! There was still a drunk guest walking up and down swearing and showing fingers to the children! I don't recommend it! Horrible! . Good only location and value because the rest is not good!
In relation to the hotel nothing! Now the location is very good

comfortable bed, clean and nice sheets. great location.
the curtains of the room need to be fixed asap.

Great location. There were no bugs in our room.
Value for area. The staff were very nice.
The building is sadly neglected. Dirty carpets, peeling paint, tired air conditioner, I could feel the springs in the mattress, ancient plumbing and a pedestal sink at the foot of the foot of the bed makes one wonder about the “colorful” past(?) of this hotel.

Only location was okay as I planed.
Quality of the hotel is poor. Not clean and so noisy
I couldn’t sleep.

The only positive thing was the location, which was perfect. A block away from Rodeo drive, in a very safe neighborhood. We wanted to be well located, and just needed a decent place to sleep.
We already knew what to expect because we had read all the reviews, which are pretty accurate.
- Old rusty hotel, could definitely use some remodeling. It wasn’t the cleanest, but we were not the most demanding, and it was decent enough to sleep. Bed sheets and towels were clean.
- What stood out most when we got there was how rude and cold the lady at the reception was. The first thing that was said was “Wear a mask” before even saying hello. That being said, we were always out so did not have to interact with the employees there. I was shocked that it seemed a lot to ask when we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel because our flight was in the evening. The lady at the reception (another lady) hesitated and asked how big our backpacks were.. I’ve travelled around the world and this is the first time this happens.
All in all, it was the cheapest thing we found that had a perfect location. We were satisfied and knew what to expect.

Prompt service at reception
No bed lamp. No desk to write or use computer. Noisy alley with garbage bottles being discarded from restaurant. No bottled water available

Well located hotel in Beverly Hills , big room just for one person , quiet and comfortable enough ! Nice and helpful staff . They are coming every day for the cleaning which is really nice . Worth the money for few nights

the location
this property is disgusting and should not be in business, it’s pretty dangerous.extreme dirt, rust in the bathtub, impossible to take a shower, no towels, just rug.broken furniture.bedding horrible.no air conditioner, dirty carpet.no security, some people knocking on the doors during night

A cool little fraternity home type feel place for the budget conscious. They do offer in room full bath but I opted for the shared bath, shower which is a 1 person at a time private bath or shower-seperate entry. Located close to what i consider the little Italy of Beverly hills. It ll be my place to stay for business travel.

I really liked that the hotel was close to a bunch of nice spots such as the Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills Park. The cost per night and days to use the parking pass were great.
I wish that cable TV channels were provided. The toilet seats should have been bigger. Lastly, it seemed as if the water temperature would stay the same no matter how much I tried adjusting it for showering.

All gooood.

Fantastic location. Basic but the price was cheap mismatched furniture and sink in room not bathroom a bit weird. Communal kitchen handy. More like a hostel than a hotel. But clean. They emptied the trash changed the towels and made the bed daily which I’ve not had in much fancier places
It was what I expected for the price.
