Location
the smell of the rooms
3.9
It is very central, and close to things we wanted to do. Bed is very comfy and front desk were friendly.
We weren't much in the property to analyze closely about this (we mostly had showers and slept and left first thing in the morning) so I have nothing to comment about.

Location is central, plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is a bit small, the hotel door is made of wood and has shrunk- so you can see the hall through the bottom of the door. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors.
I chose this location as it was close to work and had a complimentary breakfast. The complimentary breakfast showed 7am on the website, but I found out it this was changed to 8am. I arrived at 8am for the breakfast, but the chef was over 15 minutes late. As the food is made to order, and I had meetings at 9am I was unable to take advantage of this perk.

location and value for money.
glass walls for the shower room so the room gets lighted.

The staff was great
Noisy, I did not get any sleep. Small rooms

It was a clean room. Great location walking distance to everything.
I specifically picked this hotel for location and that it had breakfast. We had a morning appointment nearby and definitely needed to eat. Restaurant not open, he said the chef was late, but with the rest of the discussion and what happened later, I'm not sure the Restaurant has been open at all. Sent us to a nearby Cafe, also closed! Found a bakery, but really had to rush now. To me too expensive for just a room.

The location in central Beverly Hills was close to restaurants and shopping.
Parking was a little cumbersome. It was inside a parking garage across the street. Secure, but a hotel employee needed to key you in and out of the parking garage.

The location is good, an easy two block walk from the Beverly Wilshire, where I attended a convention.
The shower - the main shower head felt like needles, and the shower door has gaps, so water goes out onto the bathroom floor. They need to move the shower head to the wall with the body sprays, and get a better shower head.

Their promptness to resolve issues.
There was an issue that was resolved. I feel that they can have better house keeping , you can tell that they rush through the rooms.Thing just seemed rushed it needs maintenance.

Location personnel
Air-conditioning was not working and although we mentioned it to the lady at the reception, no action was taken. Although we left our room at 10am the room was not prepared.

Very quiet, clean and beautiful! Staff was exceptional despite my short stay! Room amenities were perfect for relaxing!
Restaurant not serving dinner at this time. Was looking forward to the food as well.

very little besides location.
this hotel is not worth the money. I had booked two rooms, both were not in great shape. One room, the AC had been plastered so many times to be repaired not only was it moldy and wet, the plaster is completely fell off in the middle of the night straight into the bed. And when the room was changed, the second room was even worse and housekeeping had not even cleaned the bathroom. We checked out after one night, although we were meant to stay four. I’m still waiting for my refund, the front desk are not helpful at all they keep referring to managers that do not exist or call anyone back. I have emailed the front desk three times and no one has bothered to respond. I am unsure at this stage how this hotel is operational.

good location
dirty! smell bad!

small boutique hotel located right in Beverly Hills
Serious problems with the room that was never corrected. When another room was offered it was far inferior to what we had.
A/C did not work
Shower did not work
Screen door to balcony (no chairs, no view) did not close.
For a stay that cost over a thousand dollars they waived the "amenity fee" for a TOTAL of $42!
Want more?
Parking- Someone from the front desk has to let you in and out of a parking garage right across the street.
And to top it off, when I asked it I could stay a little longer in their designated parking spots out front, got a parking ticket.
Nighmare.
