Fine place for a night in Gunnison.

Inexpensive, clean, comfortable. Never saw the manager but pleasant and accommodating on the phone

Heater unit was loud. We were able to shut it off.

the attendants were all very kind and helpful.

even though i when i booked the hotel, they were supposed to serve breakfast, they only served coffee. also, the laundry room, not only was it in another parter motel, but several of the machines didn’t work, and the laundry room wasn’t very clean.

Good for a quick stop

Price and location.

Very tired accommodations, in need of some TLC. Linens were stained and dirty. Carpet was filthy and frayed. But, you get what you pay for.

Very nice and helpful staff.

I enjoyed that the staff was rather helpful, especially the manager. He was a joy and constantly asking if we needed anything when he seen us. He even gave us a call as well as we arrived later than expected to ask if we needed anything prepared for our arrival and to make sure the front desk stayed open for us.

The parking lot is odd, difficult to drive through as there is a few things in the way. There was only one pillow on the bed as well, but that obviously is what you make it.

Very disappointed in the entire stay.

Close to the park where the car show was being held.

Room was very dated and small - TV remote did not work would go up channel only and sound jumped around. Clock in the room was broken - pillows were hard and lumpy - small refrigerator was noisy and rattled loudly when shutting on and off. Most of all NO HOT WATER! Checked with other staying there and they had the same problems. Manager said, "you should have called me". Office was lock and there was no number available to call. Lastly the price was greatly inflated three time what the room was worth. Management refused any refund or compensation. Continental breakfast area and items was a joke - horrible.

It was very clean and the person at the front desk was very pleasant and polite.

The only problem I had was it seemed as if there’s was some air freshener being pushed through the heating/ac unit and it was very overpowering.

We stay annually on our trip out west and will do so again in 2022.

Staff accommodated middle of night arrival by providing key/entry to room without desk check in. Room was right off road and easily accessible for my party.

price went up approximately 15% from prior year without any added amenities. One bed was still unstable from staying in the same room the previous year.

Good value hotel for Gunnison

Hotel was convenient location. Room was fine and AC worked well, very clean. Bed was comfortable. Pretty good value. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast is pretty lame. Parking is interesting. Hot tub not operational.

Easy check-in/check-out, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff!

The variety of breakfast selections ensures everyone is satisfied.

The wifi became unstable at peak user times. Had I been working it would have been a problem.

Clean and comfortable accommodations with all the basics at a very reasonable rate!

Person checking me in (Tashi) was friendly, value was great, good shower pressure and hot water, microwave and fridge in room, motel was easy to find. What more can you ask for!

The walls are thin and WiFi connection was a bit spotty.

Disappointing

Location was convenient and room was clean, too clean.

Room smelled very strongly of cleaning products or air freshener. It was overwhelming, not pleasant. Air conditioner was very noisy. Breakfast was very basic, cold cereal, white bread toast, pancakes, apples and bananas.
