Internet pictures and description is a LIE.

Nothing!

There were 2 lights that did not work, the room was dirty and smelly, floors were sandy, pool was very small and dirty, people outside our room yelling til 1 am, very loud music in parking lot til 2 am, banging on walls all night, the door to the adjoining room someone tried to open it multiple time during the night, our family felt very unsafe and left the next day and did not finish our stay there we found another hotel.

My stay was great!

The manager that worked the front desk is a great asset to your company! She was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. All employees were very friendly and kind. They seemed to work very hard to keep it as clean as possible without the extra help. This place is in a prime and very convenient location. Hats off to whoever picked the mattresses. The BEST sleep for 5 nights in a row!!!!

If you invest in the cleaning of the inside and outside you will be rewarded with more repeat customers. I believe the cleaning could have been more detailed and it seems that more employees are needed to clean. You already have good employees so adding a few more good employees to clean would only help your facility to stay booked and prosperous. I would also recommend stepping up on the spraying for pest. The doors take a beating and could use some maintenance. I really think if all of this is emplamented you should see great results within weeks of repeat customers!!! What a blessing that would be!!!

Seriously look elsewhere

The pool was okay and the location was good.

When I got there I was earlier, they lady said to come back in an hour and she would have a room ready and then asked if I wanted first floor or second. I said strongly prefer first floor, I come back and she tells the other manager " we don't have any first floor so second it is." We get into the room and my youngest split something so I went to clean that up and the towel was so black from the floor that was " just cleaned". Also in addition the next morning when waking up and walking into the bathroom there was roaches and some other kind of bed in the tub.

Disappointing

The rooms were easily accessible through many stairwells. Pool was nice, a bit small but it was a good swim, plus it's open 24 hours.

They will charge you for cost that they do not make known. My room was scheduled to be 641 and some change they ended up taking almost 1000 dollars out of my account. And the lady at the front desk with tattoos all on her is no help, and very rude. Had no issues with other staff.

Will stay again!

The staff was super friendly and our room was super clean and smelled clean. Bathroom was clean and beds clean and soft. Plenty of restaurants and shopping and outlets right across the road.

I have no complaints. Pool is small and bfast is minimal like juice and cereal

Cockroaches No food for the continental breakfast Started with a almost entirely used roll of TP kick marks on the walls Kick marks on the bathroom doors Dead bud under the fire alarm No staff in office (had to call the front desk)

It was close to everything.

I didn’t like that the room was muggy, had mold on walls and doors, and that I wasn’t told about the $100 deposit that was required until I was checking in. It was not stated when I booked the room.

Wasn't informed before arriving there was a 100.00 deposit Trash overflowing in outside trash cans especially right in from our hotel door. Very noisy neighbors, doors slamming all hours of the night. Room smelled funny. I went buy my own cleaning products to clean it.

Everything was great! The pool was open and my sons loved playing in it! We will be staying again soon!

Great Hotel

It was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart and the outlet mall. It was a wonderful hotel.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The location was nice, in the center of things.

No cleaning service. Our room wasn’t cleaned once. Had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask for more towels and toilet paper.

It was very simple. Bananas and apples and juice or coffee.

The appearance was quite uncomfortable and a little scary at first.

This is a great place to stay in a quiet, clean room.

The staff was very nice and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The bed was clean and comfy. And the location is great for getting to most locations in Foley.

There were a few rude guests during our stay. One night we had a neighbor that was noisy. A couple of guests got loud with the staff, because they were "entitled". People need to learn how to act adult to get what they want.

We had to call and ask the staff to ask someone in the room next to us to turn down their music and it was late.

We didnt expect s 5bstsr hotel. The cleanlin of the room was hoid - the floor could use a clean mop

Nice property but parking lot needs a good blowing off and the sidewalks need a good power wash. Both are in bad need of cleaning. 2 nice places to put dome picnik tables would be great.

The sidewalks snd parking lot hasn't been cleaned in ages. Old cigarette butts, a condom, trash were prevalent.
