The apartment was clean and everything was as advertised. Beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful.
The location was a little way from the main part of Provincetown.

I have been coming to this hotel for years, affordable price and very friendly staff. I can’t complain. I will come back.
The pool was not ready yet. Too early in the season I guess

I wasnt aware there was breakfast
Everything was great. Only thing is I like to take baths and there was not enough hot water. It gets cold quickly

It was a great off-season deal, exactly what I was looking for. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the well equipped kitchen in the room so I didn't need to eat out for every meal. The staff was very friendly.
Nothing bad about it.

No breakfast & the location is ok
A little outdated

Great location, just a short walk to the Beach and downtown. The 1 bedroom apartment was big and featured two bathrooms. Definitely better than just a regular old hotel room. We got to cook breafast in the kitchen, and chill out in the living room. The staff was nice. Since its an off season we actually didnt see anyone in person, but they called me and emailed confirming that our late arrival would not lt be an issue.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, we had trouble sleeping. And the provided tissues were very scratchy, may want to bring your own.

The place was close to downtown on commercial Street, we brought our bikes so it was very easy to get to where we were going.
Most of the staff was very friendly and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The only downfall was the woman at the front desk who was very short and a bit rude.. I would highly suggest a 101 class in customer service for her

Availability of staff not available during posted hours. Office was 15 minutes late to open for check out.

The Staff, was friendly & accommodating. The rooms were very spacious for one person, and the property was pretty well kept/maintained.
Laundry had the only washing unit available to guests out of order. Could only use dryer on site. Wasn't the worst problem. It's offered and out of use, that's the setback.

Life is chaos. Sometimes I like to pretend I have my things in order. Sometimes I like to retreat somewhere I can focus on creating (in my case, writing) without the distractions at home. Since I don't live too far away, visiting the Eastwood in winter is an exceptional option for that. I check in, I grab a few things at the store to eat while I stay, and I settle in. This time I did the simple studio instead of the whole apartment, and it was still just great! They make the most of the space and layout to give you options. There's a full kitchen with most of the things you'd need to cook and dine. The bed's are so comfy. It's off the main drag of Provincetown, but that's what I like about it.
When I filled the tea kettle I became aware I may have been the first. That, or someone failed to clean it well. There were soap bubbles and I had to keep rinsing it until they were gone. Not all of the blinds on the door turn like they're supposed to, but I can't complain too much about that. When I turned on the electric range, it seemed to smoke more then I expected-but that may also have been about a virgin tea kettle too.

A very clean and tidy place
