Clean and comfortable bed
9.0 / 10.0
The beds are super comfortable. Mattress, pillows, linens - all of it was great. My friend took a picture of the pillow's tag so she can buy one for her home. The bathroom is located behind the bedroom and gave us a lot of privacy for changing, which was nice. It was very quiet as well. We liked the fire pit and shuffleboard on the lawn and though we didn't use the pool, it looked clean. It was nice to have a small Continental breakfast available, though we only had fruit as we did brunch in town. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is a little bit of a walk from the main town (closest restaurants we visited were about 15-20 min walk), but we didn't mind. The price was very expensive per night, which unfortunately is pretty typical for a P-town hotel in summer.

Comfortable king bed with lots of pillows. Fire pit cozy on crisp night.

Housekeeping is listed every day however they only do housekeeping every three days. Should change it on their website to state this policy
Housekeeping only made one bed in the room and left dirty wash cloths in the tub when I asked about it the housekeeping person in the lobby said that they did not go into 104. I told her that anyone can make a mistake and I just wanted to point out what was missed. She then said that she was sorry

Very helpful and friendly welcome desk/receptionist (special mention to Sheila!); rooms are comfortable, clean and equipped refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker; made use of the swimming pool too; location is great (walking distance to the town center); free parking within the compound.
Very minor, but would be great if the vending machines in the compound could accept cards too.

The breakfast was pretty good. Juice, hard boiled eggs, very good muffins, lots of coffee, cereal (hot and cold), fresh fruit, yogurt
Our room had a poor air conditioner that ran 24 hours a day but never really cooled nor dehumidified the room. We were supposed to have room service every 3 days. We had NONE!

I enjoyed the daily continental breakfast. Sheila, at the front desk, was always pleasant and cheerful. The room was clean and comfortable. The microwave, Keurig and fridge were nice to have. I even swam in the outdoor heated pool. Although I didn't get a chance to sit by it, I enjoyed seeing the fire pit during the evening.
The weather! It rained every day! (But I still had a great time.)

I absolutely loved the breakfast!!! They had a variety of foods such as juice, hardboiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt and amazing coffee!!
Sheila, the manager, was very accommodating when we decided to stay longer. The pool area had both shady and sunny spots with plenty of lounge chairs and other seating areas.
Provincetown is a beautiful place to enjoy life!
I have no complaints.

The rooms were really nice and clean! Large and very comfy! Great amenities, bikes and awesome heated pool! Awesome for pet owners. Would stay again.
Wish it was closer to town. Not too far but a bit of a walk.

Quiet and close to everything. Comfortable semi-firm beds, big soft pillows, plenty of USB charging outlets and regular outlets too. Cute microwave, nice mini-fridge- make sure you open the large cabinet door to find it. Bathrooms have nice fixtures. Lovely view of the woods outside our window and amazing bird calls.
Tiny bathrooms, toilet low to the ground.

Loved the room.
Dog- friendy did NOT work for us. SO noisy, people walking dogs, others barking at them from rooms near by.

the room seemed a bit cramped, but there was room for everything!

Clean modern room and comfortable beds.
A bit far from the center of Ptown, but that’s only an issue if you want to walk.

Great location, close to everything but not in the heat of it all.
Nice healthy breakfast, too bad there isn't a designated indoor space to eat, if it's cold you have to take it to your room.

Liked: Rooms are great - big, clean, big beds, roomy. Good location.
Breakfast is fair.

The rooms were nicely appointed and beds were very comfortable.
No raccoons wandering around outside of the rooms and scratching at the doors at night..that was scary!

Continental breakfast was far better than most motels offer. It included both regular and Greek yogurts, fresh fruit, hot and cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, bakery fresh delicious apple cinnamon and blueberry muffins as well as hot beverages. Room was clean and spacious and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Maid service was not on a daily basis..

The garbage is not picked up in your room when you stayed for more than one day.

It's a very lovely place with large rooms. The beds comfortable. You get free Wi-Fi, free parking, free continental breakfast. There's a heated pool, a fire pit and more recreational options. It really has a lot of charm.
You are about a mile from the center of Provincetown. If the weather is nice that's not a bad walk. Taxi is about $10 and they also have pedicabs if you don't have a car.
The carpet badly needs a steam cleaning. I didn't think to bring slippers but walking around barefoot got my feet very dirty.
